Pros:

Person at the front desk in the lobby was the only thing good about this place.

Cons:

Smelled like marijuana in the lobby to start. Upon entering room we noticed the deadbolt was not working. After looking at it closer it appears the latch have been moved multiple times with cracked wood on the jamb. There was also the aroma of urine in the room. Upon inspection of the mattress there was urine and multiple blood stains.

Pros:

Was a large room with 2 beds and a sleeper couch. Young lady at front was absolutely amazing. Quiet.

Cons:

First room we were assigned to was still dirty. Staff gave us a larger clean room next. Super basic hotel. No elevator. Super basic complimentary breakfast.

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Our room was on the first floor and was very easy access to bring our luggage in from the car park. Check in was fast and efficient .

Small hotel, very convenient location, very clean and friendly.
Pros:

The convenience to the Fairgrounds is exceptional and the young woman that checked us in was great.

Cons:

The layout of the hotel is a little confusing and it took me a little while to find my room, which was slightly frustrating.

A bit sketchy
Pros:

Our room was very clean, recently updated and there was tons of hot water.

Cons:

It smelled like weed. Second floor room with an elevator. The hallways were disgusting, had not been vacuumed in at least a week, wrappers on the floor that stayed there my whole 5 day stay, stained stair wells and garbage at the base of the stairs outside.

Room was dirty and bed had hairs and stains everywhere and they charged me for the room 2 times when I stayed for one.
