Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good location.
Pros:

I stayed with my family in double Queen room. The room was very clean and big. Looks recently renovated. Very comfortable mattress. Staff at the lobby very nice and friendly. Very quick check in and check out. Breakfast also was good. A lot of parking space. 🫶👍✌️

Cons:

The carpeting in the hallway and stairs looks awfully. 🙁

Cons:

The whole place smelled of cigarettes and weed. It was sketchy, they didnt have extra pillows, the stairs looked like a dead body had been dragged down them with a huge brown stain left behind. We left a day early. I bought my own sheets for the one night we stayed because the sheets had stains and crumbs on them when we got there. Yuck.

Worked for a last-minute, dog friendly, emergency stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Nice to have, but nothing spectacular. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Floor in our room was filthy. The bottom of my feet turned near-black after walking barefoot in the room.

Location is unbeatable
Pros:

Location for the event we were attending at the Big E is unbeatable. Rooms are fine. Nothing fancy, but completely adequate.

Cons:

The hallways and stairways could use a good cleaning / update. Sometimes it's the 1st impressions that are important.

The room itself was really nice…it’s just needed a better cleaning.

The room was large and the property was in a good location.

Cons:

There was no elevator. The carpet on the stairs was filthy.
The floors and molding in the bathroom needed cleaning and there were handprints on the headboards.
