Horrible customer service didn’t care about the safety of customer

Cons:

Our dead bolt lock did not work. Of course this caused me not to be able to rest. I reached out to the front desk and all I got was “I’ll make a note”
Unacceptable. You should want your guest to feel safe. Place them in another room or whatever you have to do to fix the issue

Pros:

Staff was friendly and the room and overall facility were clean.

Cons:

So many things not working
Pros:

The location, the pool, The staff

Cons:

The keyless system was broken, one of the elevators was broken, the ice maker on the first floor didn't make ice, we asked to have our room made up and it wasn't, The room was muggy and warm. The air conditioner didn't work well, the water saving shower head was more focused on saving water than actual function.

Location was fine. Building was new. Staff was ok. Breakfast was good. Price was too high for what is was a Hampton Inn.
