Stains on the shower floor - not appealing

I cracked my A/C back to 65 degrees at 5pm - it is now 10:48 pm and my room is still 72 degrees !
GOD HELP ME AND ANYONE ELSE THAT CHOOSES THIS HOTEL
This Hampton is just a mile from the airport and was fine for one night. When we arrived, we waited and finally had to shout hello so someone would come to the front desk to check us in. The room was cold due to the thermostat being set at 66 degrees. So we raised the temperature but it should be set higher for comfort and to save energy. The room was a bit different than other Hamptons we've stayed at. It had a new closet design. The breakfast was a good standard buffet.
Close to the airport. I was exhausted
Both the body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. The toilet paper roll holder was broken and the toilet paper was lying in the floor. The sheets were rough and low quality.
Location was good. Staff was nice. Room was fair.
The smell in the room was awful. Musty and smelled like pee.

They allow smoking at the front entrance. It should be 50 feet away so it doesn’t smell so bad to enter. Bathroom vent was filthy and hooks falling off the wall room 407.

Our dead bolt lock did not work. Of course this caused me not to be able to rest. I reached out to the front desk and all I got was “I’ll make a note”
Unacceptable. You should want your guest to feel safe. Place them in another room or whatever you have to do to fix the issue
