Very bad experience
I will never use booking.com to reserve a room
- dirty , not clean , very bad smell in lobby specially stair well , feel itchy
- elevator not working
- commode not flush properly
- there was no soap or shampoo , even no spoon, no toothbrush toothpaste ,
My son had to eat noodles by hand
No refrigerator, no microwave

Even cheaper hotel hav these facilities

Bad was very discomfort , pillow the reason for our headache
No one slept night
I literally woke up whole night for head and neck pain for pillow


I deserve a refund or compensation for this
Was in very bad situation with family
Couldn’t brush teeth and couldn’t take shower
Sleepless night
Very stinky and dirty stairwell
Walked to third floor with bagges and kids on lap

todo super sucio,a la habitación ni entre,decian que aceptaban mascota y una vez que llegue me dijeron que no y sinceramente mi perrita esta mas limpia que todo el motel un olor horrible,también peste a marihuana y una suciedad horrible despues del inconveniente me alegro de no haber pasado la noche ahi con mis niños y mi perrita,ellos procedieron a cancelar y luego noche ahi querian devolver mi dinero,no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

I DID NOT stay
Pros:

I did NOT stay there. I would like a refund!! To check in was by a kiosk with multiple people on the video screen. It was a motel for homeless people. I waited a half join to check in but the people ahead of us were clearly not having any success checking in. There was people in the parking lot having a fire sitting around in lawn chairs,yes in the parking lot and about 12am. This was not a family friendly place. And the commincation was terrible. Again, I DID NOT STAY THERE

Cons:

Tear the building down. Or dont offer it to public. Use it for strictly what it was being used for that night. Homeless people
