It was dirty, room didn't have a microwave, didn't have a coffee machine and the WiFi didn't work. I felt unsafe.

Terrible - waited nearly 2 hours for the shuttle that never appeared. Had to
Pay almost $50 for taxi! WiFi not working; not most lights / electricity! Ugh!

Very rude. No direct line to the hotel. At check out no one was there. I waited more than an hour! I had a flight to get too it made me late! Do better.

The property has recently partnered with a program housing people. I have no problem with that, however, as a result, a lot of the doors on the property are broken, the area itself has gotten more unsafe, and while checking out (no more than 5 minutes after I arrived), I saw a domestic abuse altercation. Additionally, the bed was dirty, and the one towel provided to the room was just left on the bathroom floor. The front desk lady was wonderful, and none of this was even remotely her fault, but this is a situation I am trying to get a refund for, as I felt so unsafe, I simply left and booked another hotel.

The property seems over run with broken down vehicles and trash. Appears maybe long term renters. The breakfast is a joke, one large tub of peanut butter for everyone to dip into . Gross. First room didn’t have tv mounted and it didn’t work. Did not feel safe and will not stay again or ever recommend

Horrible place! Patio door didn’t lock and no lightbulb in lamp! Left and went to a different hotel

I slipped and fell on the wooden ramp, badly injuring my knee because it wasn't treated and there was no sign put up. Also, no one answered the phone so I could figure out where the shuttle was. I ended up spending $25 on a lyft...and when the person saw me in the lobby they just shrugged.

Ice cold room, no heat , shuttle 1x hour ONLY, ended up taking a taxi. Mo breakfast as claimed, no coffee

Older property needs upgrading. Hallways need renovation. Inside room was decent. Some sketchy people staying there wouldn’t stay longer than 2 nights as a solo female traveler.

There was garbage everywhere and the hallways smelled like pot.
First room only had 1 bed and I’d reserved 2.
Second room, the key card wouldn’t work than when the employee opened it, it was occupied. Than the third room was ok. There was a hole in the wall and shower was hard to turn on.
There was shady looking people roaming the area and the hallways. I was so relieved the next morning to get out of there.

To much traffic with people

Horrible experience here. The “shuttle service” wouldn’t answer when I tried to get through to them from the airport. On my way back home, I scheduled a shuttle service in person and they no showed me almost making me late to my flight.

Place is dirty and sketchy . Rooms smell like smoke and there is definitely drugs on the property.

Stay away from this place. I wouldn’t even stay here for free.

Promised an airport shuttle but did not answer their phone on multiple days or from the airport. Had to take a Lyft.

Cheerful person at reception who helped us with our luggage up some steps to our room. 😀

Litter and discarded linen in hallway. Floor not clean in room. Updated lights in room. Coffeemaker but no cups or coffee in room.
No shampoo or soap in room.

Bed was very comfortable! 😀

Limited options at breakfast—coffee but no creamer; waffles and cereal, but no muffins, rolls, or fruit.

I canceled my next stay in a few days, and changed to another hotel.

AVOID at all cost! The building smelled like cigarette smoke, the room keys didn’t work, the room linens were dirty, the door look liked it had been kicked in… not safe. We went and stayed at a different hotel

Awful experience, staff could not figure out which rooms were occupied and which ones were open. The room we got was in horrible condition, smelled ungodly and floors were stained as well as curtains, we had an infant with us and were scared to let them crawl on the floor. There was no TP in the bathroom and no hand soap. All night there were people walking up and down the hall and we had one person actually knock on our door in the middle of the night. Service was terrible we called 3 times for extra amenities but nobody answered. 0/10 rating, seriously DO NOT STAY HERE. Theres a motel 6 a couple blocks away that is nicer than this dump

What an absolute dump, but the guy at the front desk was great and helpful.

The building my room was in was disgusting and reeked of smoke immediately upon entering. The room itself was updated and cleaner, but the bed was gross smelling and it sagged so badly in the middle I'd swear the frame was broken.

Went to shower in the morning and the water didn't turn on at all (there was a hole cut in the shower surround exposing the plumbing, clearly an issue).

Avoid this dump at all costs. Cheap for a reason. I should have just slept in my car. I'm 47 and this might be the 2nd or 3rd online review I've ever written, I feel that strongly about encouraging people to avoid this place.
