Important information:

• Refurbishment work is taking place daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from May 2026 to middle of 2027. The guestrooms, suites, and villas will be under enhancement programme with all work areas fully isolated to minimise any impact on the guest experience.

• All hotel facilities, including restaurants, swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa, will remain fully operational.
A deposit may be required at the property.

There is no lighting near the entrance, or is relieving on the toilet light. When toilet door is closed especially at night. The entrance area is dark.

Convenient hotel and great for families
Pros:

The Grand Hyatt is conveniently located within walking distance to a BTS station and several malls (it was great to walk to Siam Paragon!)
The facilities are decent with a grand lobby, well equipped gym, and pool. Breakfast has a good selection from made to order eggs, Chinese dishes, Indian dishes, many fresh pastries and mango sticky rice.
What stands out is the service. I hadn't visited in a few years and the staff commented on this and welcomed me back. When I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday soon, the club manager sent for a cake to be delivered to our room right away. These little touches gave me a great impression and would lead me to return again.

Pros:

Excellent hotel at good central location in Bangkok. Great facilities. Excellent service. Club Floor staff exceptional. Hotel starts to be a bit dated and could use an update.

Great location and fanstastic hospitality
Pros:

Room was upgraded to better view on higher floor with connecting unit. Club access food and breakfast buffet were amazing. Staffs and chef at the restaurant were very sincere.

Location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic right in the middle of everything in the downtown. Very close to the double deck red bus station and next to the Centralworld shopping mall.
