The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I loved the breakfast—as a vegetarian, I had no trouble finding options, and everything available was delicious. I also tried the 2-hour full-body massage, which was an excellent, deeply relaxing treatment. Staying over the weekend was a highlight, and I thoroughly enjoyed the live music. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and a highly pleasant experience!

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I would love to see more local dishes added to the menu, such as Tom Yum soup and Som Tam, as these authentic flavors would be a wonderful treat for tourists looking to explore the local cuisine.
Overall, the experience was marvellous. A special mention goes to the waitstress — they were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which truly made the stay even more enjoyable.

Location. Heart of central Bangkok.
You expect outstanding service at Hyatt properties. This unfortunately didn’t happen here. We had booked our room with breakfast. On the day we were checking out we needed to have breakfast before the buffet start time. We had specified this at the time of checking in and were told that we could order from the 24 hour room service menu instead. On the day however we were informed that we would be provided with breakfast boxed instead that with have bread croissants etc. What arrived was far from Grand Hyatt quality. Two soggy waffles without any topping a green salad and 4 pieces of fruit that had been sitting around packaged in a disposable plastic box delivered in a brown paper bag. No cutlery. No napkins. Nothing. On calling room service they sent plastic cutlery in plastic sacks. I expected better service at Grand Hyatt.

מיקום מעולה עם יציאה לסקאייווק ולרכבת. מסעדות במלון ברמה גבוהה ,נסינו את הצרפתית .

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner servi dans un cadre très agréable possède une variété de produits de qualité.
L’accès à la piscine du 5 eme est un moment de détente après une grosse journée de marche dans les rues de Bangkok.
Les chambres sont grandes , propres et possèdent un mini bars complet ,une théière et cafetière expresso.
