Pros:

Os funcionários foram excepcionais! Meu pai se acidentou ao chegar ( caiu ao sair da Van na calçada ) e se machucou " feio" ...os funcionários da recepção e gerência foram incansaveis até meu pai ir ao hospital!

Seit 18 Jahren eine Oase in Bangkok.
Pros:

Am besten finde ich das Frühstücksbuffet. Einfach extrem gut.
Wir waren schon 3 Mal in diesem Hotel und würden wegen der Lage und alle Annehmlichkeiten immer wieder kommen.

Überhaupt nichts.

طاقم العمل ودودين ومتعاونين لاقصى الحدود والفطور متنوع كما يوجد منيو عربي يناسب السياح العرب والشيف ثائر سمور كان متعاونا لاقصى الحدود ويبدي خدماته للسياح العرب والأجانب على حد سواء
كل شي كان منظما ومرتبا والتعامل كان سلسا جدا من قبل الموظفين
واشكر مديرة المطعم RUNGNAPA التي أبدت تعاونا وتعاملا لطيفا معنا ومع جميع السياح
انصح وبشده الاقامه في هذا الفندق ولنا عوده ثانيه ان شاء الله

Bon emplacement mais ne vaut pas son nombre d’étoiles

La vétuste des chambres pour un 5 étoiles a revoir d’urgence
La piscine pas très propre
Le bruit du métro qui passe juste au dessus c’est infernal
Arrivée a 15 h après 2 long courrier et ne pas trouver sa chambre prête c’est scandaleux
