Cómo hago para recuperar mi dinero no me hospedé ahí es una casa vieja de madera y llena de indigentes alrededor , llegué y no pude entrar porque no hay nadie atendiendo me estafaron ahí alguna manera de que me devuelva el dinero

Hotel is not well maintained
Pros:

Nothing other than it was cheap for 3 nights. Only stayed for 2 nights

Cons:

It wasn’t well maintained or resembled the pictures that are on the booking page. It reeked like cigars. Arrived at a dirty room with dirty sheets and appliances. Had to buy Clorox wipes and Febreze. The roaches came out at night and crawled all over the sheets the second night. Bathroom looked like it went a rough season with mildew buildup.

Another Terrible Booking.com Listing
Pros:

The spacious front porch. Wifi was good. Working microwave & mini fridge in the room.

Cons:

Like a lot of other cheap accommodations on booking.com, Pads on Pasadena is awful. Very dirty, very run down. The house is over 100 yrs old & I don't think it's ever been remodeled. Poorly maintained property. The place is infested with roaches & other bugs (esp. in the bathrooms). No toilet paper in the two bathrooms (you have to bring your own). Ancient air conditioner blows hot & cold air. The blanket I was given was dusty & had hair all over it. Also, if you complain about bad listings to booking.com, they will blacklist you.

The staff was rude when we told them we weren’t going to stay there… after she showed us 3 rooms that were all covered in bugs and stained bed sheets and her excuse was “I come in and clean the sheets and rooms daily” then we told her we would stay somewhere else and she said it wasn’t free and to contact the property(even tho it had been 3 days and no response) and then slammed the door in our face… mind you this was our honeymoon and we had to pay for another hotel that day and it was a holiday so it was pricy
