Never prepay with this hotel
Cons:

The hotel double charged me because the front desk receptionist didn't realize my room was prepaid. Then they did not refund my money and kept giving me the run around about refunding me which never happened. I had to file a claim with my bank. The managers name was Lauren never returned my calls after I spoke with her for the 2nd time. Then no communication at all.

Enjoyable except for the double charge.

Staff was professional and friendly

Cons:

I was doubled charged for my room. I booked through booking.com I went to the front desk and let them know, they said it would drop off but to date it hasn’t. I called booking.com and sent in the receipt but I am still double charged. Can someone look into this for me?

It was ok, but don't think we will stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean. Staff were amazing.

Cons:

No compliementary breakfast, not even a piece of fruit. The pool had broken tiles and a light fixture was floating in the water (still wired in).

Simply exceptional.. Fresh rooms, Upholding Marriot standards.. And I mean it.
Pros:

There was no breakfast provided.. thats a little on the down side, but aside from that, everything was perfect

Cons:

The breakfast.. Something could have been arranged within budget. I don't think it costs that much.

Pros:

Kind receptionist.

Cons:

One person left alone to cook, make drinks etc. Made a drink with used bottle of diet coke that was old and no good. She had no other mix tonuse, so tried to make it. Not her fault.
