Short stay hard Matress no continental breakfast
Pros:

Staff was. Very friendly the room was comfortable. The water pressure was awesome.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean. I have in many hotels but never where the bathrooms was so clean.
The staff were awesome especially K B prepared awesome breakfast for both days. She keeps the area very clean.

Cons:

The entrances to the hotel are dirty and need pressure washing. Otherwise no other issues.

Never prepay with this hotel
Cons:

The hotel double charged me because the front desk receptionist didn't realize my room was prepaid. Then they did not refund my money and kept giving me the run around about refunding me which never happened. I had to file a claim with my bank. The managers name was Lauren never returned my calls after I spoke with her for the 2nd time. Then no communication at all.

Enjoyable except for the double charge.
Pros:

Staff was professional and friendly

Cons:

I was doubled charged for my room. I booked through booking.com I went to the front desk and let them know, they said it would drop off but to date it hasn’t. I called booking.com and sent in the receipt but I am still double charged. Can someone look into this for me?

It was ok, but don't think we will stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean. Staff were amazing.

Cons:

No compliementary breakfast, not even a piece of fruit. The pool had broken tiles and a light fixture was floating in the water (still wired in).
