Cons:

Seemed they had some maintenance to do. Missing light bulbs. Lose screws in the ceiling lights. It was clean though.

Cons:

I don't feel dogs should be allowed in the breakfast area!! It's unsanitary especially when the dog is off the leash walking around and even putting its paws on the table.

Pros:

The size of the room was perfect for me. I was staying alone and thought I would feel uncomfortable, but was very at ease. I had my do not disturb sign on the door for the whole stat and it was respected without question.

Cons:

A little bit of highway noise, but that was covered up by having the fan on the AC unit run constantly. Slight damp smell in room.

If you only need a night and don't mind a very dated place, this is your stop.
Pros:

The air conditioning worked well and there were a lot of choices for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the night staff person was friendly.

Cons:

The whole place was dimly lit and felt very dated. There was some highway noise but the ac blocked out a lot of sound. The carpet throughout the hotel and in the room was really old. We had a fabric chair which also felt and looked dirty. Sheets were a little scratchy but the bed was comfortable. The smoke detector was missing from our room. The reviews I read did not describe this property well.

This is the second bad experience at a Baymont. I won't stay at another one again.
Cons:

The cleanliness of the room. The bed looked clean, but the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. My wife went to take.a shower and there were gobs of hair stuck to the side of the shower wall and on the floor of the shower. When I told the checkout clerk about it he non chalantly said " yeah sorry about that". No surprise or anything.
