Everything about the property.. that stuff are very friendly... they went out their way to look after us..thanks you ..
The only thing I can say is this property does not have any lifts.. which can be a problem for any people with mobility, however they do have rooms in first Ground which day sorted out straight away....

Rigtig fint sted til ophold til Safari tur og oplevelser i området. Skøn pool og generelt gode faciliteter. Personalet er yderst hjælpsom og gør alt for at man får en godt ophold.
De er hjælpsomme med at arrangere ture til gode priser. Vær dog obs på hvad aftalen er, vi oplevede flere misforståelser.

Renligheden på værelserne kunne godt være lidt bedre. Ikke dårligt, men badeværelset trængte til en opdatering og let renovering.
New hotel with large rooms and beautiful design. The staff is beyond any expectations, they will do everything they can to please you.
The staff including the manager are really friendly. Property despite being small is very nice, quiet and comfortable for the price paid.
The staff even attended to some of our personal needs as some of our guests were ill.

Hotel booked a jeep for us for travel - unfortunately it was the only jeep without cover in the entire national park, hence got totally soaked in jeep during the safari
We had breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious. They had a good range of foods for both meals. The stuff was very kind and attentive. We stayed during December and the place was beautifully decorated.
The room was really spacious, and the two large double beds were perfect for our family of four. The hotel manager was super friendly and went above and beyond by arranging a late-night dinner for us. Really appreciated the great service!
The room really needed better cleaning and maintenance, especially the bathroom. The shower in our room didn’t drain properly, and when it filled up, some rubbish from the drain floated back up — definitely not a pleasant experience. We reported it, and two staff members came with a plunger to try to fix it, but it didn’t work. Luckily, since the hotel wasn’t full, the manager kindly gave us access to an adjacent room so we could use that bathroom instead. Unfortunately, the water pressure there was very low in that bathroom so taking a shower wasn't a nice experience in the hotel. If the hotel had been fully booked, we would’ve been stuck.
Two other families in our group also had similar bathroom issues. It looked like the bathrooms hadn’t been deep-cleaned for a while — there were visible stains on the bathtub and tiles. The carpet in our room also seemed like it hadn’t been properly vacuumed for some time.
The air conditioning wasn’t great either. It hadn’t been turned on before we arrived, so the room was really hot, and it took hours just to cool it down slightly.
With regular maintenance and proper cleaning, this hotel could be much better — it just needs a bit more care and attention.
This modern hotel impressed us with its spacious rooms, good facilities, and friendly staff. We booked a trip to Yala through the hotel, which was well organized and offered at a competitive market price. The swimming pool was a real highlight, providing a refreshing break after a day of exploring.
On the downside, the breakfast did not quite meet our expectations given the price point. Although the breakfast area was large, it was almost empty during our stay, which may have affected the variety and freshness of the options. While the low occupancy might explain it, it still felt underwhelming compared to other accommodations we visited.

Struttura molto bella e moderna, difficile trovarne di così belle in Sri Lanka. Stanza nel complesso carina, molto grande e spaziosa.
Lo staff ha grosse difficoltà a comunicare in inglese, molte volte non ti capiscono e di conseguenza le richieste che fai non vengono soddisfatte. Abbiamo dovuto insegnare alla ragazza alla reception ad usare il pos, perché non era in grado di utilizzarlo. Per farci capire dai camerieri ci mettevamo un bel po’ e comunque alla fine non capivano, e parliamo di richieste basilari, non complicate ed elaborate.

Camere vecchie , bagni vecchi e un po’ sporchi, anche il cuscino era sporco. Abbiamo trovato una blatta nel bagno e in generale la struttura sembrava nuova ma le camere molto datate.

Sin duda el personal y el manager son lo mejor del hotel. Su atención y servicio son de 10. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, y de la zona es de lo mejor.
Falta actualización en la habitación en la que estuvimos en el baño y la moqueta del suelo. Quizá fue un problema de comunicación, pero no hicieron la habitación ese día.

Dinner was so dilicious .but as sri lankens the potion which we ordered with french fryes were not enough .better to order with rice except fryes.western breakfast is supper.
