Pros:

This hotel is rated 4 star on Orbitz, but was disappointed with the air-condition , room was very small. And hotel is located next to a commodity market, not very neat though convenient location.

Comfortable Room in Downtown Hangzhou
Pros:

Hotel is 15-20 minutes walk from West Lake, and the walk provides an opportunity to see the city. There are many restaurants and snack shops on the route to West Lake. One of the staff members spoke English and he was extremely helpful to solve any issues we had. We were provided early check-in 3 hours early! Room also has usb outlets.

Pros:

The front desk and kitchen staff was excellent. We got rained on during our stay, and they cooked up an after-hour ginger tea just for us. Very personable and professional staff, great customer service.

Pros:

Small room but yet very clean and tidy. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. But I was assigned at a room near the open area restaurant, it was very noisy in night time
