The staff is amazing.
Pros:

All the people that work there are so nice and very accommodating.

The property is under construction. There is no breakfast and its appearance was somewhat dirty.

Decent place to stay
Pros:

Very decent place to stay when you don't want to spend too much, doing an event in town

Cons:

Let the staff know that the side bars holding the tp roll in place were loose, the screws needed tightening, and the room didn't have a lamp between the beds

Every time I go the showers aren’t clean. The time before last they switched my room because the shower wasn’t clean and there was no towels or cups. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and hair by the drain. The next room the shower wasn’t cleaned again, dried soap scum on the sides and long black noticeable hairs by the drain again. I just cleaned it myself before I used it. This time, same thing. Soap scum and long black noticeable hairs right by the drain. I just didn’t use the shower this time 😂

Nice little place to stay
Pros:

Very close to the fairgrounds for my event there!

Cons:

The TV had a limited amount of channels to choose from, but I was still able to find stuff to watch, and it wouldn't stop me from staying here again!

Would be wonderful place to be if they cleaned up a bit. Hate to be mean but have to be honest.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast there. I was told it was small, cereal, toast etc. The dining room was clean. I had to move the be in our room since something fell, trash was under the bed. Laundry all over the floor outside the room. The room was big; had all the things we needed. microwave, refrigerator etc. The night shift person was very nice when we needed something.

Cons:

The room next to us was nonsmoking- but the people in the room were smoking weed (I understand it is legal, but some of us do not like the smell still), looked like they had more people living there than travelers. Hardly any cars in the parking lot. Could make more money since it is near the hospital, if they cleaned up. rooms were big though. Night shift person was very nice and smiled. Day time when we left, she hardly looked at me.
