Convenient location for train station. Decent coffee in the reception area.
Room did not have hotwater when we arrived, was addresses withing 1 hour but by then already showered cold.
Room balcony door did not seal properly and allowed a lot of road noise into room resulting in being woken up a few times during the night. The twin room has very little space for the luggage of two travellers.
Location — close to train station, grocery store
Facilities — nice room, great coffee available around the clock
Staff — friendly and on duty 24 hours.
They could use a few more hangers and cubbies to put clothing and other objects, especially when you are staying for three nights.

La struttura pulita, ben organizzata. Spazi essenziali. Staff disponibile. In 20 minuti a piedi arrivi in centro. Vicinissima alla stazione per poter visitare altre città come Bruges e Gand in treno. Molto apprezzate acqua e bevande gratis a disposizione degli ospiti nella hall
Niente
Hotel is very close to train station and Eurostar - about 5 minutes walk. The walk to the centre of town takes about 20 minutes, but it isn’t a particularly nice walk. The area around the hotel is slightly rundown but I didn’t feel unsafe. Staff are very, very pleasant. Room small, but you get what you pay for.

I have stayed here a few times because it is convenient, a nice place to stay, clean and good value
Un séjour parfait ! Hôtel propre, personnel très très gentil et disponible, petit déjeuner très bon !!! Café disponible 24h/24h c'est vraiment quelque chose en plus ! L'hôtel est aussi très bien placé à côté de la gare du Midi et le centre ville n'est pas loin à pied ou avec le tram.
Vivement conseillé !!!
