No respetan lo contratado
Pros:

Su ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

Contraté una habitación con dos camas y al llegar solo tenían habitación con una cama doble. Hubiera esperado un reembolso total. Pero solo me ofrecieron desayunos gratis.

Lived up for the expectations
Pros:

Just over the street from the train station which took you fast to the city center.

Calm and sound proofed room with little disturbance.

Location - just near the train station.
Hospitality - helpful staff, they helped us with the print outs and storing the luggage and 24x7 coffee+ tea service near the reception.

Nothing. Breakfast had limited options but at this price and convenience, no complaints.

A friendly welcome for an overnight stay in Brussels

Close to the Eurostar terminal.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable bed and room temperature.

Cons:

No tea or coffee in the room (had to go to ground floor for this).

Estadia espectacular, funcionários super simpáticos, pequeno almoço maravilhoso e a localização top mesmo junto à estaçã

A simpatia dos funcionários, sem dúvida que foi o que mais gostei

Cons:

A localização é excelente em termos de transportes, fica a 5 minutos da estação, mas num bairro um pouco mal frequentado, senti-me às vezes insegura ao sair do hotel, mas nada me aconteceu

The lack of space to move in the room was limited, no exhaust fan in the bathroom and a faulty light. The air conditioning system was inconsistent given there was a heat wave on the way.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnels et l'emplacement a 10mn de la gare du midi et 20 mn a pied du centre. Les petits déjeuners en buffet très correct. Chambre pas très grande mais suffisante quand on y rentre que le soir. Literie confortable.

Cons:

La climatisation qui faire un peu de bruit mais avec des boules Quies ça passe.
