Easy access to the train station.
Free coffees/teas/water.
Friendly and helpful staff especially Rhea and the 2 guys (forgot to ask their names) I spoke with at the reception.

Pratique et Sympa! Des petits réglages mais faciles à résorber:-) L'équipe est chouette, réel atout!

Super accueil à la réception
Chambre dispo tout de suite
Chambre petite mais très confortable et fonctionnelle+ propre
Pdj très correct et assez fourni
Consigne gratuite pour laisser son bagage individuellement (casier à code = un vrai plus)
Réactivité du personnel de la Réception lors du passage de la manifestation du 1er Mai, encadrée par la police mais qui peut être amenée à déborder...

Cons:

*Fuite dans la salle de bain au niveau du pommeau de douche, qui éclaboussait partout incl le plafond car cette fuite se situait sur le haut du pommeau ( jonction entre pommeau et flexible).
*Pb écoulement dans la douche, obligé de faire des pauses pour éviter débordements.
Tout a été signalé à la réception et à la maintenance au check out car nous ne sommes restées qu'une seule nuit - Chambre 110
*Chambre bruyante donnant sur la rue au bord de la Gare du Midi donc passage véhicules toutes sortes jusque tard le soir
*Jus au petit-déjeuner à changer ... pb goûts ( pomme et orange)

Buona la pulizia, lo staff disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo il fatto di avere sempre le bevande a disposizione nella hall

Cons:

La sala per la colazione era un po' troppo piccola, poco spazio per passare tra un tavolo e l'altro, asciugamani per la doccia un po' troppo piccoli
