Aircon wasn't to standard small vent for big room. Was hot in our room. Bed sheets was dirty, bathroom shower floor doesn't make sense, water goes everywhere. Our carpet outside the bathroom was wet when we checked in, so it made the room spell like sewerage. TV is lovely and big but isn't a smart TV which is weird for a hotel like that. Expected WiFi didn't get that.

The bathroom shower floor. The basement car park small. Limited space for paying guests.

Fantastic Cairns Stay

Our recommendation for this Hotel couldn’t be more worthy of being ‘FIRST CLASS’ if you’re looking for a comfortable and enjoyable Stay.
We are currently Guests at Pullman International Hotel for 15 Nights as we have business in the city.
As a matter of fact, this stay marks our 100th or so stay here since the Hotel was opened in 1988, then developed by Dakiyo who we did much Business with in Japan through our office there in Saitama which is still operating to this Day
Anyway the current Manager Mr Scott Grant and his team should be very proud of the Hotel which is managed professionally and offers outstanding services including fabulous Facilities and the delicious Food, obviously carefully created by Chef Simon Capewell
Congratulations to the Management & wonderful, helpful & efficient Team at Pullman Cairns International Hotel 🏨. Well Done 👍

Worth of money 💰
Pros:

Easy and close to the esplanade also we used to stayed couple years ago few times with my hubby.Just convenient for us and reasonable price too ,forgot to mention there buffet breakfast was nice and also few choices of foods.

Cons:

We stayed in 15 floor the balcony has no table and chairs to sit and watch outside of the balcony that's why i booked so that we can see the harbour.And also we parked the car under ground of the hotel,there was 3 elevator unfortunately only one elevator can access from the 15th floor to the car park, the 2 elevators no access.

Perfect location for visiting Cairns and close to the marina for day trips. Very helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was slightly dated but was very spacious with. nice balcony. There was a note in the door one evening to say that the furniture was going to be replaced and the room updated.

Happy 100 years of living

We celebrated my mother's 100th birthday at the Kingsford lounge a first for the Pulman. Red carpet arrival at the front doors, beautiful signage to direct you where to go. Red carpet at the Kingsford room and a gentle long ramp for the not so mobile. Yes she walked the whole way. Excellent high tea, catered for 50, presentation and service exceptional. Seamless service, and lets not forget the events co-ordinator Miss Annalyisse. All the boxes were ticked and organised down to a T. Thank you Hugo for leading your team. And a big thank you to the chefs for creating a beautiful high tea. We have a chef in the family and she was more than impressed.

Such a relaxing end to our holiday. Look forward to staying there again.
Pros:

Room was clean, lovely view of the mountains, air conditioning and beds very comfortable. Bathroom large and very clean. Also loved the artwork.
