Great Location - within easy walking distance to many enjoyable dining options
Pros:

We thoroughly appreciated the prime location and exceptional accessibility of the property. Given that we were celebrating our anniversary, it was a lovely touch to find 2 complimentary bottles of champagne to enhance the hospitality experience. Thank you

Great stay. Lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Will stay again.
Pros:

We received an upgrade to the newly renovated rooms for all of the 3 rooms that we had booked.Great selection at breakfast. Great location. Comfy beds & pillows.

Cons:

Paid parking has a height of 2 metres. Our car is 2.1.

Was an excellent stay amd will come back
Pros:

The location was perfect as close to Esplanade and Tour boat excursions. Was a short walk to cafes and woolworths. The Hotel room was excellent witha view to the ocean. Was lucky bonus to view the fireworks on the esplanade from hotel balcony as Cairns celebrated its 150 years anniversary

Cons:

The only disadvantage was a long walk from Cairns Railawy station to Hotel as came in from Brisbane on the Spirit of Old train. The same getting to Kuranda by train.

Satisfactory but good have been much better.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Well located for the convention centre and centre of town. Pool looked inviting but I didn't get to try it...

Cons:

Wake up call at 245 AM that I didn't order- and no apology. Lifts broke one morning making me late for a meeting. Lobby area tired and breakfast average at best.
