The Best
Pros:

Everything from smooth checkin to spacious room and bathroom. I wish I had a bathtub in my room but I was still the happiest guest.

The pillows. Oh my days where do I start??? I'll just say this out of all the motels I've stayed with, this one had the best fluffiest pillows. I am 1000% coming back that's for sure. Because one night was not enough to explore the facility it had.

Great place to stay in Cairns.
Pros:

Great rooms and generally helpful staff. Checking in prior to time was a definite no no! But the reception area was comfortable and water was available.

Cons:

Breakfast could get quite busy at times so definitely worth timing your breakfast. Also, leave your table and you can comeback to find someone sitting there.

The renovated rooms are very good and comfortable.
Pros:

Close to everything, underground parking, comfortable bed and great view of the ocean and harbour.

Cons:

Room was pretty tired and needs reno job. I got another fabulous room at no extra cost for the remaking stay…very happy😃 happy to return.

Apart from the food I was quite satisfied with my stay. Staff were very good with every encounter

Good location and I stayed here because my conference was being held here

Cons:

I had room service the first night. The food was very disappointing and very expensive. As a result I went out of the hotel for a meal on night 2 and 3.

Clean, spacious rooms enjoyed the views
Pros:

The views from the balcony I enjoyed looking around. And the couch was so comfy!

Cons:

This morning when we went out to the balcony water was leaking from above the balcony possibly roof. Balcony was getting rained on but no rain. May need looking into?

Wonderful stay. All staff were a pleasure to talk with and very helpful. Will be back again.

Beautiful property. Well laid out with large open spaces.

Cons:

Some of the air con vents in the lobby need to be cleaned. There appears to be black mould growing on the outside of the building.

I think the place is good over all but the sleepless nights was terrible and I’m glad to be home , I
Pros:

Very noisy , fire alarm evacuation no clear instructions. The noise of the People near me was really bad and many complaints with no,action from night manager
I had to move rooms three times as he put me next to the casino after the noisy neighbours

Cons:

The noise , breakfast was the same every day I would have liked to have salmon as an option , fruit was very average only one coffee machine
I was so tired during the day I didn’t enjoy my time in Cairns
