Worth of money 💰
Pros:

Easy and close to the esplanade also we used to stayed couple years ago few times with my hubby.Just convenient for us and reasonable price too ,forgot to mention there buffet breakfast was nice and also few choices of foods.

Cons:

We stayed in 15 floor the balcony has no table and chairs to sit and watch outside of the balcony that's why i booked so that we can see the harbour.And also we parked the car under ground of the hotel,there was 3 elevator unfortunately only one elevator can access from the 15th floor to the car park, the 2 elevators no access.

Perfect location for visiting Cairns and close to the marina for day trips. Very helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was slightly dated but was very spacious with. nice balcony. There was a note in the door one evening to say that the furniture was going to be replaced and the room updated.

Such a relaxing end to our holiday. Look forward to staying there again.
Pros:

Room was clean, lovely view of the mountains, air conditioning and beds very comfortable. Bathroom large and very clean. Also loved the artwork.

Great clean place to stay in a good location
Pros:

Large spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

Some of the staff members were not very helpful, the rate was a little bit on the expensive side, the breakfast was nice but a bit plain with the food choices.

Beim Check in war das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Einerseits konnten wir kostenfrei eine Stunde später (12.00 Uhr) das Zimmer verlassen, andererseits wurde das Parken in der Tiefgarage um vier Stunden nach dem Check out kostenfrei verlängert. Und das ohne lange Diskussionen, sondern abgeleitet von unserer Abflugzeit. Das nenne ich Service, der in Australien keinesfalls verständlich ist.

Cairns Great Family Holiday
Pros:

- Great location for family holiday especially for family who have elderly parents and yound kids. Easy to access to Cairns city and close to Reef Cruise Terminal. All the restaurants are nearby.

Cons:

If breakfast buffet could have some different choice of main dishes each day for 7 days, that will be great.
If there is a hardcopy of minibar or instructions for access Wifi for elderly, that could more better.

ロケーションは最高で、ベイエリアのレストランや、各種ツアーの集合場所、繁華街も徒歩圏内。品ぞろえが豊富なスーパーも近く食事に困ることはなかった。
コンシェルジュに相談し、各種アクティビティの予約も一括でできたので助かった。スタッフは大変感じがよく、親切だった。

Cons:

シャワールームは半分だけガラスで仕切られていて、カーテンや段はないため、水が床にあふれて洗面所ががプールみたいに水浸しになった。床を拭くために何枚もタオルが必要で苦労した。
金曜日の夜は何かイベントがあったのか深夜まで外が騒がしく、翌朝出発のために早く寝なければいけなかったがうるさかった。
担当者が一人しかいないため、朝食会場へ入る際は待ち時間が長く、ルームサービスは何度か頼んでやっと来ることもあった。
