満足感は高い宿泊でした
Pros:

ロケーションが非常に良かったです。
港と夕日を一望でき、非常に感動しました。
部屋の雰囲気も柔らかく、落ち着いて休むことができました。

Cons:

シャワージェルとヘアコンディショナーが出なかったです。
ポンプが詰まっていたようなので、やむなく外して使用しました。
バルコニーがあるのですが、扉の建付けが悪く開きませんでした。
椅子とテーブルが置いてあったので、外に出てはいけないことはないと思うのですが、せっかくの景色を外に出て眺めることができなかったのが残念です。

It was a pleasure and wish I was able to stay longer.
Pros:

It was clean and spacious. Great location as well. Have stayed here previously and will stay again. We were also running late for breakfast but the staff downstairs were beautiful to deal with and even checked in on us to see if we wanted any more food before it was put away. Arrived extremely late the night before as we were on a diverted flight…. The staff were extremely helpful!

Good overall - location is great.
Pros:

The property is in a great location - very short walk to the water and all amenities.

Cons:

The hotel lacks those 5 star finishing touches and service levels. My room had stains on the carpet, umbrellas were not available to all guests and the staff although lovely - didn’t give an overall 5 star experience. I think this is a very good 4 star hotel in my opinion.

Was our second stay at this hotel and will be the go to stay for future Cairns visits
Pros:

The room - freshly renovated- is beautiful with extremely comfortable beds. The nightlight in the bathroom is a very appreciated feature. We also loved the delicious cold water with melons or citrus fruit that’s available in the lobby.
The location is a 10 out of 10 . Everything in close walking range .

Cons:

While it was nice I have admittedly had better buffet breakfasts .
I literally have no other complaints.
