Wonderful stay. All staff were a pleasure to talk with and very helpful. Will be back again.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Well laid out with large open spaces.

Cons:

Some of the air con vents in the lobby need to be cleaned. There appears to be black mould growing on the outside of the building.

I think the place is good over all but the sleepless nights was terrible and I’m glad to be home , I

Very noisy , fire alarm evacuation no clear instructions. The noise of the People near me was really bad and many complaints with no,action from night manager
I had to move rooms three times as he put me next to the casino after the noisy neighbours

Cons:

The noise , breakfast was the same every day I would have liked to have salmon as an option , fruit was very average only one coffee machine
I was so tired during the day I didn’t enjoy my time in Cairns

Staff unfriendly, no staff available to help with luggage, long waits at recption to checkin and get assistance.

No in room dining available as the app continually errored out for over 30 minutes, we gave up and ordered uber eats after long hrs of rd travel
