The staff was nice.
The room had cigarette butt and ashes on the balcony. There was a fake eye lash on the bed. No microwave . Have to pay to park.

Por la noche también había olor a marihuana y se lograban escuchar los ruidos de los carros y de las habitaciones colindantes. Finalmente, cobran un depósito de $150 adicional a la tarifa total de booking.
Check-in was fast and easy! The staff all were so very kind and the hotel met all of my expectations. I also loved the hotel! It was only 2 miles from where my daughter (who attends Spelman College) lives. I have NEVER met such kind and pleasant staff and just everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations!! Thank you, Sonesta! I'm a very, very, very happy customer!! You all will be seeing me again!!
