The location.
I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Sonesta. When I arrived to my room, there were sunflower seeds scattered all over the floor, as if the room had not been vacuumed or properly cleaned prior to check-in. This immediately made me question the cleanliness standards.
I had also requested extra towels and blankets ahead of time, but they were never delivered. To make matters worse, the phone in my room was not working, so I had to physically go downstairs to the lobby just to request items that should have already been provided.
Additionally, the ice maker on the floor I was staying on was out of service and not working at all. Despite all of these inconveniences, my room was never switched or adjusted to accommodate the issues I experienced.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and poor follow-through on basic requests made my stay very frustrating. I expected much better service and attention to detail from Sonesta.

The staff was very kind and accommodating, and the lobby was very clean.
When I first arrived, I asked to check in early and was placed in a double bed accessibility room. That room had bugs in the closet and on the sheets and the shower was not very clean. There were also stains and hair on my sheets. I asked to be moved to another room and the staff did place me in a different room.
Location
Room door was hard to close, fridge in room did not work so my food went bad, and rust and stains in bathroom and on furniture. I have more pictures but this will only allow me to upload 4 of them.
Price and location
1st room I was given didn't smell clean. Couch in room didn't smell good and was dirty. Second room they gave me was the same thing....I never put my bag down or finished the check-in process. I just asked them to cancel my reservation

It’s a very run down location. Definitely not what I was expecting.
I liked the location.
The $150 deposit and paying for parking. The toilet paper holder was broken and the sink had a large crack.
I didn’t like the view of my room.

Room had a musty smell when you walked in, Fridge was nasty, counters was not wiped down properly, room is kind of outdated. No microwave in the room. It’s one by the ice machine on each floor, but it smelled so bad when you open it.
It was very clean! The staff was super attentive and very respectful.
Everything was wonderful.
