Pros:

The staff was amazing. Very polite. The destination to midtown was great. The water The breakfast lady puts on with lemons strawberries lemons lime cucumbers was so good. Very nice touch. Reception staff also brilliant

Cons:

The room could be cleaned more often. But I found this to be a problem at most my hotels in usa

Pros:

I loved this hotel. Very modern, clean, a bridge away from midtown and not far from the metro. They were very helpful allowing for an early check in, very useful because the world cup game started at 3pm.

Highly recommended for people who are not looking for luxurious settings
Pros:

A great place to stay 10 minutes walk from the subway -Marta, the room was big, good value for what I paid

Cons:

Everything was OK, the bathroom is old fashioned but ok for what one needs

Pros:

This place is serve me perfectly for what I needed which is a one-night stay close to the airport into the stadium.
I got there late at night and left in the morning and came back staff is so kind.
I have to point out Medewa, the guy at the front desk.
Some businesses have that exceptional employee that just goes above and beyond doing his job making sure everything is done properly just taking that extra step to make sure everyone is accommodated.
This guy is a champion, give him a raise, promote him or do whatever you can to get this guy around.
He was so nice and helpful.
I'll remember him. He's a reason I will be back.

Location and staff.

Cons:

Outdated, dirty bathrooms and carpet. First room was hot, AC not working. They had to switch my room and that was a bit of a hassle. Rooms are small, furniture outdated/old. Lighting and mirrors were horrible. Trying to get ready is a nightmare, especially with no AC in Atlanta!
