Great place to stay would stay again friendly workers very comfortable to be around

Cons:

lol I look at the reviews after I booked online they said hair in the shower all over the place, when I got their it was hair in the shower so I guess they need to do more cleaning of some sort/ ants or some type of insect kept popping up

Pros:

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Booked a room with balcony and there was a cement wall kids couldn't see. Hair was on the bed. The parking was within a gate which made me feel good. Nice location also.

Cons:

Hair in bed amd tub was dirty.

Ice machine didn’t work, had to go downstairs just to get hot water for tea. Staff kept interrupting my work to ask me when I was checking out after I already paid and explained when I was checking out.

The gym was really nice
The location was very good

Cons:

Nothing complementary in the lobby more than water (no coffee or te)
Found out while showering there was no shampoo and the conditioner was empty. The body wash was almost empty the second day.
The coffe maker in the room was not working
The drawers in the room, inside was dirty
The sofa on the room didn't look very new/clean
The parking was not the easiest to understand
For the money was not worth it. Only the location was on point

Pros:

It is close to the interstate. The views of downtown are beautiful at night

Cons:

You have to pay your park when you have already paid for the room and they have their own parking lot, it’s not like you have to park on the side of the road or a parking deck They didn’t clean up our room. We were gone out of the room all day and when we returned no one had cleaned or replaced the towels that we had used. The room was small. I had a king with a balcony.

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Sonesta. When I arrived to my room, there were sunflower seeds scattered all over the floor, as if the room had not been vacuumed or properly cleaned prior to check-in. This immediately made me question the cleanliness standards.

I had also requested extra towels and blankets ahead of time, but they were never delivered. To make matters worse, the phone in my room was not working, so I had to physically go downstairs to the lobby just to request items that should have already been provided.

Additionally, the ice maker on the floor I was staying on was out of service and not working at all. Despite all of these inconveniences, my room was never switched or adjusted to accommodate the issues I experienced.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and poor follow-through on basic requests made my stay very frustrating. I expected much better service and attention to detail from Sonesta.
