The towels were soft
Absolutely awful. First, the guy at the front desk (who was on duty on Thursday sept 3 at 8pm) was incredibly rude. I got a text I was waiting for while checking in, and even though my husband was still paying attention to what he was saying he borderline shouted an aggressive "hey" at me to get me to look up from my phone. My husband called him out on how inappropriate that was, and instead of simply apologizing he dismissed it with the excuse that he was in the middle of training the other employee at the front desk with him and his "head [was] all over the place". Well, great example for new staff on how to treat guests! When we merely opened the door to the room we were assigned, we were overwhelmed by an unbearable musty smell that pervaded the entire room. And this is not a "Princess and the Pea" situation. We're talking gagging on moldy air. Atrocious. When we went back to the front office to complain he told us it must be because the housekeeper must not have aired out enough after mopping and to just keep the door open for a couple of minutes. Um, absolutely not. That was "there's a pipe leaking in the wall and we've kept the room sealed for the past month" levels of bad smell. He said he'd give us another room and he gave us... the one right next to it. There was no way it wasn't going to be the same thing. I opened the door, stepped inside, and yup, the mustiness was almost just as horrendous. I started calling out to my husband saying "it's awful in here too" but when I turned around to exit the room I came gface to face with that employee instead, who had followed me, and said in an exasperated tone -- I kid you not -- "oh what is it NOW??!" I responded, shocked, that the room had the same problem, and he must have known that, because he was holding a can of deodorizing spray. He didn't offer another room but instead to spray this one.
A bit run down. I wouldn't sit in the only chair. Stained, filthy. Cleaning staff could have been more thorough.
Staff was wonderful - friendly and very helpful. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Nothing not to like here

They upgraded me to 3 bedroom which is smell like cigarrete and the next door early in the 6am morning the kids keep running i just stand up and leave the hotel so piss.

No TV service to speak of
L’endroit était propre, personnel gentil, bien situé et le déjeuner était bon. Nous avons eu droit à des œufs brouillés, des gaufres , du yogourt etc. Très satisfaite et rien avoir avec nos déjeuners continental du Québec. Endroit tranquille. Lit confortable.
