Cher à partir de 8h30 il manque des produits peu de choix au niveau du thé

Rien couleur de la chambre noire horrible !! Une salle de bain avec des toiles d’araignées le bac à douche écaillée murs fissurés traces de doigts sur les portes les murs. En arrivant on vous prend l’empreinte de la carte avec 900 euros de +que le montant de votre facture. Depuis des années que je passe par votre plate-forme c’est la première fois que j’ai un tel problème.

Je regrette beaucoup le choix de l’hôtel et ne reviendrai pas
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la gare.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre du tout. La moquette n’avait pas été aspirée des anciens clients et l’état en général de la chambre était très mauvais. Le rapport qualité-prix est catastrophique.
La chambre est tellement petite que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir nos valises.

the rooms were tiny, it took us about 20 minutes to check in because there was only one member of staff and they were on the phone. the heating was broken and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling

Hôtel très proche de la gare de Lyon.
Personnel très aimable et ayant à cœur de rendre notre séjour agréable.

L'emplacement, à quelques pas de la gare de lyon pour notre arrivée et notre départ.
La porte automatique de l'entrée est très appréciable.
Petit hôtel cosy, chambre calme donnant sur l'interieur d'une cour.
