I'd do it again.
Pros:

We had some special needs with seniors and the manager went out of her way to make us comfortable. Above and beyond.

I as a Diamond member I was put out the hotel by front desk clerk cause we complain about maintenance guy was asking inappropriate questions at the time of service to my girlfriend and when I call to get a switch room she said there were none available she was unprofessional and I paid for a room I couldn't stay in I will take this to the top

Zufahrt schlecht, unschöne Lage, Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich, Frühstücksraum in der Lobby laut, ungemütlich.

Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

We had to plunge the toilet all weekend. They would not switch rooms for us. They would not send anyone to fix the toilet. I could not speak to a manager.

Wonderful rooms and service and price can’t be beat!
Pros:

Property was easily accessible and had pleasing aesthetics. Check was very smooth and staff was wonderful. Room was very spacious and laid out nice. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Cons:

We have nothing bad to say about this property!

I am platinum but didn’t feel this service

Breakfast. My room was dirty with a baby diaper in the trash when I arrived. No soap in the dispenser. When I stayed I didn’t have any the front desk gave me one to put in the wall when clearly the guest should not have access to doing this. When I asked for the beds to be changed because if the room was dirty I’m sure that the linen was dirty this was not done
