Quality Inn & Suites Green Bay - Ashwaubenon

Our pull out couch had mold all over.

The cleaning manager barging in our room when we did pay for the room before we even checked in. I vasion of privacy and not getting our refund back although when I called it was all supposed to be recorded and nothing was done Bout it just wastey time and emotions.

The smell in the hallways, the breakfast could of been better, the pool was never used.

This was a disappointment. This hotel had an odor, it was dirty. The carpet was filthy. The biggest problem with this hotel is that on game weekends they charge $600 a night and this is NOT a $600 a night hotel. This is a low end hotel. We only stayed because we couldn’t find an open room.

I did not enjoy the stench in the hallways. It smelt like someone died in the facility. Not sure what the second floor smelled like but the first floor was disgusting. I booked 2 rooms and both of the 2 pullout sofas smelled like urine and extremely filthy with dirt or some kind of particles. There were stains on the carpet and the pullout mattress. Carpeted room floors felt soggy and damp, not worth walking around in bare feet. Fortunately I was able to get another room for the one of the two night stays. The other night was sold out. No outside accommodations for sitting. Outside Bench was broken and never replaced. Had to sit on the ground or stand the whole time spending time outside. Afternoon front desk agent gave us a hard time about smoking near the main entrance but it was happening the whole weekend with other customers. Not sure only enforced when we were outside. Very limited space for breakfast area in the lobby for the amount of guests that stayed the weekend. For the amount of money I spent on these accommodations was very very disappointing. Shame on the owner of this establishment in letting guests down with there subpar establishment. I will not recommend anyone to stay there...one of the worst accommodations I've ever had. Only bright side was the day front desk agent was really cute. Thats all I got. Not a happy customer whatsoever.

Overall cleanliness was bad. The room clearly just had a quick once over. Walls and doors were dirty, the carpet appeared to be moist and smelled bad. I found things like gum and hair ties in the pool. If it wouldn't have been $300 because of a football game it world have been fine, but when you pay that much for a night in a hotel with no elevator and a very minimal breakfast it's disappointing.

The aircon seem to leak some water on the floor it would be best to take care of it for future damage, just a minor inconvenience for the guests but a must fix for the hotel.

Smelled of mildew heavily.

Beds were on the little side of being too firm

I choose the hotel because it was more centralized than the one we normally use. We were there for my grandkids graduation from high school. We did not know that there were no elevators for the second floor. We are two older ladies and we were not offered help getting our luggage up the stairs. They eventually moved us to the first floor on our 3rd day of 6. The clientele left a lot to he desired. People out smoking weed and it permeating into the hallways. I am a smoker so while I was outside I was approached 4 different times by guests asking for cigarettes or money due to homelessness. No place outside was safe from the other guests wanting something. The guest would empty the ashtray into the rocks so that they could pick through already smoked cigarettes hoping to find some still smokable The new room we were moved into had ants everywhere. When I approached the desk to tell the woman about it instead of I am sorry I was met with "did you leave food out?" No apology or offering any help at all. They were in our beds and our desk. It was probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and do NOT book this hotel.
