Hotel was clean ,quiet, breakfast available was standard items that were all fresh and good. Check in easy and location was exactly what we needed.

This was a disappointing stay. The positive things were some of the daytime staff were competent, but that can't be said for the night staff. My bathroom light went out on my fourth night, which happened on a weekend. The weekend maintenance person was unfamiliar with the fixture, so I waited a day for the regular guy to look at it. He jiggled a wire, it came on. He left, and the light promptly went out. For the next four days I showered in a dimly lit bathroom with the door open. I had to ask for clean towels, and my trash was picked up twice in an eight-day stay. If I was staying one or two nights, the lack of housecleaning might have been okay, but not over 8 days. Housekeeping consisted, when they showed, of emptying trash, giving me towels, and making the bed. That was all. I would not stay here again. I include two photos. The bed was just made, and you might notice that the nightstand drawer does not close. When I closed it, it opened again on its own in a couple of minutes. In the bathroom photo you notice the heap of towels on the floor. Even when new towels were brought the old ones were not collected.

This morning at 7 am I used the app to message the hotel and talked to the night auditor on my way out. 

None of the problems I reported were fixed. 

Other guests at breakfast reported similar issues. 

The TV in the sitting area does not turn on using either remote. 

The dresser drawers under the TV slide out on their own, just for me to bump into at night. 

The electric recepticals under the microwave and behind the coffee maker sparked when I plugged in my phone charger. 

The alarm clock was sent to the wrong time, getting me up an hour early. 

Opening the door requires one hand to get the key in just the right spot while opening the door within a tenth of second. 

Housekeeping never showed up!

Best experience, Emily was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They have hot cocoa and apple cider and fresh fruit at all times of the day. You can tell us place really cares about their guests which coming from someone who stays all over the country, that says a lot. She even offered my service dog a treat when I was checking in. Thank you so much.

Beautiful hotel, located right off the I-90, price was very reasonable. Friendly staff, clean hallways, clean rooms, lots of lights and power outlets, even had a pool and a jacuzzi. Good thing I brought my shorts. Shower was beautiful. Room’s tastefully decorated. Lots of parking, I would definitely stay here again

Zentrale Lage, direkt gegenüber ist ein Starbucks sowie ein Walmart. Ebenfalls sofort erreichbar die Interstate. Ruhige Lage, ausreichende Parkplätze vorhanden.

This was absolutely the best clean room I’ve ever stayed in and the Fairfield was beautiful so quiet. This will definitely be a place I will definitely revisit.
