Pros:

Location was great. The staff was nice

Cons:

Our shower was scalding hot and couldn’t change the temp.

Expected more from a Best Western. Disappointing.
Pros:

Not much. It was in Morgan Hill, where we had a dinner engagement. But it was on a frontage road and looked like a basic motel.

Cons:

Cost- $380.00 !!
Room- shower and bath totally exposed, no walls for privacy
- breakfast was meager

Uncomfortable, will not return.
Pros:

I really liked the bed and mirror

Cons:

It was very dirty it was just surface level clean but not deep cleaned well, there were stains on the bedding when we arrived and light fixture on bed was broken. It smelled heavy of Indian food and made us feel sick and the smell was very strong in our environment. Staff was also just watching everything we were doing at all times and always by our door so it was very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel & room rate was not worth the lack of investment into the property.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was right across the street from the sports complex for a soccer tournament. The parking was included in our hotel rate. We had a room with 2 king beds.

Cons:

The shower was bad. There was obvious water damage behind the mixing valve & tiles. The repair job was awful. The tub was dirty. There were scuff marks on the walls in the room. The breakfast wasn't that great. The pool was dirty and cold. There was no hot tub. The grass area looked neglected.

Excellent hotel for not much money
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Hotel is very clean and cozy. It is renowned with very stylish design. Receptionist Jay provided exceptional service from check in / check out to breakfast serving! He was very polite and friendly. It was a great stay in SureStay, we definitely will cone back !

Rude staff decent bed
Pros:

It was nice to have 2 kind beds instead of talking n usual queen size. The shower was also nice.

Cons:

The floor was dirty and the staff at check in was so incredibly rude and slow. The breakfast was disappointing as well.
