The location of the hotel & room rate was not worth the lack of investment into the property.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was right across the street from the sports complex for a soccer tournament. The parking was included in our hotel rate. We had a room with 2 king beds.

Cons:

The shower was bad. There was obvious water damage behind the mixing valve & tiles. The repair job was awful. The tub was dirty. There were scuff marks on the walls in the room. The breakfast wasn't that great. The pool was dirty and cold. There was no hot tub. The grass area looked neglected.

Excellent hotel for not much money
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Hotel is very clean and cozy. It is renowned with very stylish design. Receptionist Jay provided exceptional service from check in / check out to breakfast serving! He was very polite and friendly. It was a great stay in SureStay, we definitely will cone back !

Rude staff decent bed
Pros:

It was nice to have 2 kind beds instead of talking n usual queen size. The shower was also nice.

Cons:

The floor was dirty and the staff at check in was so incredibly rude and slow. The breakfast was disappointing as well.

Nice place to sleep, but not friendly.
Pros:

Very nice rooms,beds, and location. Good value for price.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. Small issue regarding breakfast time and problem with electronic room key not working became bigger and more unpleasant than necessary. These are stressful times, but a positive friendly attitude is helpful.
