Decent hotel but it, not your US Bristol facility , should be what is offered to UK clients
Pros:

Staff all charming and helpful.
Room comfortable & clean

Cons:

Bar layout and decor pretty depressing ( though staff helpful and charming).
For food, being limited to the grim bar setting because our dog was with us was not pleasant. Increasingly , there are smart and elegant restaurants which welcome well- behaved dogs . Time the Hilton took note
It also didn’t help that you have an identically named property in Bristol USA. I was having to make a rapid reservation. When I did a search ( from the UK) for the Hilton in Bristol , it was the US Hilton I was offered (priced in £) . So I made a quick booking. Which of course was not refundable !

Great place to stay if you happen to be in the Bristol area or don’t mind driving 20 minutes from Hartford.
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable.

We won't return with the rate and the extras.
Pros:

The pool was nice, property was nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

The room was small, our view was a brick wall, they charged 4$ for the bottle of water in the room. I felt it wasn't worth the money we spent on that room. Also got charged for the free breakfast- and we asked for late checkout but came down at 11:30 and was charged $50. not worth the prices here.
