Hotel agradable y bien ubicado en la ciudad de Kuşadası
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buena, porque no está muy cerca del puerto y del bullicio, y a la vez dando un paseo se llega a la zona de la salida de cruceros. La habitación doble era espaciosa y muy luminosa. El personal muy amable y atento.
Hay un gatito que se llama igual que el hotel (IKARUS), y que es un encanto ;)

Cons:

Aunque la habitación era espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda, había un persistente olor a humedad bastante incómodo que hacía que tuviera que dejar la ventana del lavabo abierta para que se ventilase durante el día.
Acostumbrada a otros bufets de desayunos, el de este hotel me decepcionó bastante, ya que no tenía mucha variedad y no tenía mucho para elegir.
Algunas puertas de habitaciones contínuas no encajaban bien y los vecinos de al lado cada vez que entraban y salían daban unos portazos considerables para abrir y cerrar la puerta. Muy molestos.

Voor kort verblijf goed te doen niet voor langer

Wonderbaarlijk waren de bedden goed. Eindelijk geen blok beton waar je op slaapt

Cons:

De schoonmaak liet zeker steken vallen. Veel kalk in de badkamer wcborstel echt goor. Vroegen ons af of toilet werd gedaan dus zelf bleek gekocht vloer bleef ook maar vies. En je moest er om vragen of je kamer gedaan kan worden andere hotels worden ze elke dag gedaan.
Donkere gordijnen zou zeker een aanrader zijn. Wat er nu hangt voldoet absoluut niet!!ramen konden niet op slot waaide soms open.
Ontbijt is karig en zeer eentonig elke dag het zelfde word zeer saai en erg kort van 8/10 waar we pas later achter kwamen. Staat dus nergens aangegeven
Teven ruikt de gang heel erg naar nicotine rook. Heel erg vies. In de kamers de eerste nachten ook. Personeel rookte zelf in een zij kamer.

Çalışanlar Özellikle akşamüstü olan hanımefendi lgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı kötü değildi. Kahvaltıdan geç kalkmamızda rahatsız etmediler.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service – Arif war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Dank ihm haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Camera mare și spațioasă. Nu are parcare, dar la sosire, au tras deoparte reclama din fața hotelului ca să ne facă loc pentru mașina.

Cons:

Nu este prea curat. Prosoapele nu mai sunt albe, fiind foarte învechite. Micul dejun este foarte sărac. Nici un fel de ouă, nici un fel de mezeluri.

Locația . Apropiata de zona centrala .

Cons:

Curățenia făcută în camera. 6 nopți cazare , de 0 (zero) ori a fost făcută curățenie. Luat gunoi - NU. Schimbat prosoapele și/sau așternuturi - NU ! WC curgea permanent, cabina de dus nu era etanșă și curgea toată apa in baie , baterii de dus uzate , mobila uzată , 0 (zero) stele ! Mic dejun ? Același zilnic ! Carne sau derivat ? - niciodată. 2 feluri de brânză , 2 feluri de măsline, ouă fierte , roșii și castraveți și ceva gemuri ! Cafea ? - Da. - solubila in niste vase neigienice. Lapte la cafea ? - Da. Praf . Lapte praf 😀
Prima noapte de cazare. Etaj 4. Televizorul nu funcționa, AC ul merge când voia el , totul vechi. Chemat de la recepție sa verifice. Cu toată bunăvoința nu a reușit nimic. A doua zi liftul stricat. Etaj 4 !!!!. Au găsit soluția ! Schimbat camera la etajul 1. Mare lucru. De aici , restul e poveste. ....NICIODATA NU VOI MAI REVENI.

Pros:

The young guy at the reception desk has been very gentle and open to our problems even if the hotel manager was not friendly

Cons:

Dirty room: we found also the toilet with **** and this is unacceptable! However, the hotel manager offered only a change of room which was similarly dirty. Then, Booking Customer Care did not help us so unfortunately we had to remain in this hotel
Poor breakfast.
