Super bad and front end staff trouble

It was ok room was ok nothing bad just a little less than my normal stays

Cons:

The are totally not compliant with the laws of ADA if you have a service animal stay away hopefully once the federal government gets involved they will comply

The room was clean. Cleaning staff friendly.

Cons:

I did not like the virtual check in at all. It’s nice to have someone to speak to at the front desk. I didn’t get any sleep in the room next to mine all night. Lots of banging and loud noises. Not sure if they were cleaning that room or not, no front desk to call anyone.

Good. 2nd time stay and better rooms since last year.
Pros:

Clean and close to areas

Cons:

Back door wasn’t securely shut at night. People don’t know how to close it. At times strangers would park all night in there cars and felt like homeless.

Pros:

It was clean,quiet and spacious.

Cons:

Checking in with a machine was odd and unfriendly. Also did not like the $100 security hold put on my card. The location behind Burger King made for tricky driving. Our bed linens were clean but looked dirty due to worn thin sheets. The breakfast was lacking eggs and poor choice of cold cereals.

We won’t be back.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was a plus for us.

Cons:

The remote check in person made the experience a little creepy for us. We are older and expect HUMANS to Physically be at the Property. Not a fan of the check in person being on a screen.

The FREE breakfast was lacking in food.
