We won’t be back.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was a plus for us.

Cons:

The remote check in person made the experience a little creepy for us. We are older and expect HUMANS to Physically be at the Property. Not a fan of the check in person being on a screen.

The FREE breakfast was lacking in food.

Pros:

The breakfast was very sparse. The food was ok but very little selection

Cons:

The TV reception was terrible very snowy and hard to see the picture. Also the USB charging ports on bedside lamps did not work

I would not stay here again. It's a shame because room was okay.
Pros:

Breakfast was minimal. Area was small but clean.

Cons:

No live person at reception. Made process slow and dificult. I will not stay in motel that does this. Shame ykh can't know ahead of time. Actually charged my card for security deposit. Now I'll see how long it will take to be refunded.

Pros:

Comfy beds, clean room and staff, although remote, willing to help in most parts

Cons:

This entire chain should be shut down for humanitarian reasons and turned into a tourist attraction on how humans used to be tortured, having their sleep deprived by putting them all next to each other, separated by rooms with fragile, thin walls, doors slamming constantly, maintenance people with shaking toolkits passing by at early hours. I´m proud to say I survived 9 hours of sleep in 3 days at this madhouse from hell.
