Great find and good breakfast!
Pros:

It was very comfortable and centralized to many amenities.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I had to park in a garage 5 minutes away, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Awesome and wonderful. The staff was great and helpful.
Pros:

Loved how the room was laid out our room was off by self with doors and bathroom had 2 doors one to bedroom and other to main bigger room. I had handicap room with walk in shower. Both rooms had a TV. My son could watch a different show then us.

Cons:

The water taste different. Needed a small table to put things on in bedroom. Other then that we really liked room.

Cons:

The breakfast was at times limited. They did not have or only a small quantity of joghurt . Eggs out to short off . The girl was very busy and trying her best . Orange juice was more water than OJ .

Pros:

Great staff and in a great location.

Cons:

Slightly slow on breakfast item refills but it was a busy morning. Staff were trying hard to keep up.

Everything we could have asked for - and more! We would defintely stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with many options. We enjoyed everything! There were also free snacks like fruit and cookies, and a fully stocked "store" where you could buy microwave dinners or ice cream and drinks to have in your room. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean and it was a 2 minute walk to our show / theatre.

Cons:

The only negative was a broken towel bar, but they offered us a new room (we declined) but it was excellent service!

Good value for the money
Pros:

There’s everything one needs. A convenient location downtown, 15 minutes drive from the airport, 30 minutes drive from the Niagara Falls. A comfortable bed, friendly staff, breakfast included, coffee, a fitness room.

Cons:

There’s no parking on the property. You need to park in a garage two blocks away. And if you come to the garage late after 10 pm, it’s closed and you need to figure out parking.
I didn’t have my own thermostat in the room to control the AC. They might have them in some rooms though, I don’t know.
