Pros:

We loved the location and the room, which came with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast was excellent.
Thanks to the staff member Bayron who explained everything in detail and was attentive to all our need.

Cons:

We wanted to buy a laundry pod, and the receptionist said it cost $4 (naturally, I didn't buy it). The next day, I asked a different receptionist the price, and he said it was only $1.
When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to use the parking lot, the receptionist, Sophie, claimed it was for hotel guests only. A staff member Bayron overheard us talking and spoke to her; only then did she give us permission to park.
I don't know why she was unfriendly and decided not to provide proper service.
I'm starting to wonder—could it be because we're Israeli? I really hope that's not the case

Location, friendly and convenient
Pros:

Location was perfect because we didn’t have a car, close to the train station, city centre and Starbucks

Horrible caro y no sirven los aire la cocina llena d e mosca y todo cochino los cuarto la sábana estaba sucia y olía a sucia la primera noche cansada de el viaje y sin aire mi cuarto y no me resolvieron

Las habitaciones son aire 2 que fui sin aire y la sábanas olían que no las cambiaron la cafetería sucia y con moscas horrible este hotel no vayan

Good stay, good location, great staff especially breakfast staff.
Pros:

Beds were great and had the large pillows.
Breakfast was good and had the original type of foods.

Cons:

That one of the two rooms we got one was still dirty.
Now this was late evening check in. So they had to give us a different room. Staff was very helpful.

Great location for the price. Clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better.
Pros:

Location was perfect!

Cons:

No on site parking made drop off and pick up a bit challenging. Parking garage was not to far of a walk and seemed to cost more than what hotel told us.

Pros:

Good location and security. The bathroom could definitely use an update. Was not aware they would require and charge a $100 security deposit in addition to the room rate. They claim it will be refunded. If I wanted to pay a security deposit I would have booked an AirBnb or VRBO. Owner not very friendly

Clean, Reasonable $, Close to KeyBank Center multi-purpose indoor arena w/ free train transportation
Pros:

Mario was great at Check-in / Check-out and another employee assisted in giving directions personally taking us out door to direct

Cons:

Toilet sits extremely low -- more suited for someone very short... my wife is around 5'8" and indicated same; shower water pressure low (but liked Dove products. It was a bit chilly in room - tried to use extra blanket in closet but it had a bad odor -- couldn't use and left a note on it for housekeeping. Nothing that would prevent us from staying again.
