Excellent room, well located, good breakfast, slightly spoilt by poor WiFi

Mediocre Experience
Pros:

Rooms were clean and breakfast had great selection for our family. Breakfast staff were very helpful and always busy cleaning/replenishing food.

Cons:

Front desk was not very friendly at checkin. Gave us a room, then chased us down at the elevators to change our room. Called for extra blankets for the pullout bed, said it would be about 10min; waited over an 1hr, and we went to bed with no extra blankets.

I love the hotel it self the rooms are big and nice

Cons:

Toilet didnt flush, had to take the top off to flush it. Someone came up to fix it, was in there 5 minutes and said it was fixed and it wasnt

Pros:

The room layout was nice. You get a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. Pillows are super soft and comfortable, bed is big and comfy.

Cons:

They advertise parking, but the parking is a total of 10 spaces and half of them are reserved. Parking nearby is $10

Horrible. Worst hotel ever

There are many things. First of all, no onsite parking. Had to park and walk almost 2 blocks, which was fun in the snow and cold.
Second, we get to the room and my daughter and her boyfriend we to sleep on the pull out couch. The blanket had what looked like feces stains on it. So we went into the closet to get a blanket and found dirty socks and underwear. I called reception and they just said oh sorry. I asked for more blankets and some strange guy after 2 hours brings us a fitted sheet and says that’s all they have in the basement.
Next morning we go down for our included breakfast and the coffee machine is not working. Then as for food all there was, was Raisin Bran cereal and hard cinnamon buns. Contact IHG and they said they don’t do refunds but will offer me 5000 points towards a free night. Well you need around 20000 to get that reward. I won’t be staying 3 more nights to get a free one. Horrible hotel and service.
