Spacious room, clean and an ok breakfast buffet

Stayed for the bar exam and it was very close from t from the convention center I really recommend for anyone else that is looking for a hotel near the convention center that has a breakfast included. I have stayed in the Regency before which is across the street of the convention center, and I preferred the Holiday Inn

Cons:

The room was big and spacious, and every day they clean it. The breakfast was good. They started at six so I could go down and pick up food and get back to the room to review anything before the exam. Also people from the front desk were very gentle and nice. They took care from an Uber deliveries and gave good tips on where to eat, etc..

Everything.. Breakfast sucks, lobby stinks, rooms are 1950’s. Random people are drinking outside the hotel. Lifts have no ventilation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic! Great location. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance and very close to the venue I came to Buffalo for to see a concert.
