Clean. Well kept. Comfortable. Well appointed.
Just not used to outdoor entrances at nice hotels, but still very nice!
Beautiful gardens. Fabulous fenced dog garden trail. Quiet.
I would like a coffee service in the main lobby. The Keurig coffee maker was ok, but powdered Coffee Mate is not great. Land O Lakes makes a non refrigerated Half & Half that would be better. Also the Lipton tea (bitter) bags could be improved by offering an assortment of herbal teas.
Large room. Quiet but very good location for the area. Nice restaurant/pool area
Unique
Room and Restaurant. Availability of electric vehicle charging.
Water pressure in shower low. Toilet was very low to the floor and difficult to use (for us older seniors). Toilet seat was not quiet-closing type. Would have liked a bidet function seat. Would also have liked a microwave available.
Beautiful and well kept, also free laundry room.
I could feel the steps of people in the room above mine, so it’s not perfectly silent. But it’s not noisy also.
We did not receive breakfast!
The gentleman who checked me in was rude
We stayed at Dinah’s Garden Hotel during the recent hospitalization of 2 family members at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital. What a beautiful, peaceful place! The restaurants were lovely and convenient. There is a beautiful heated pool on property. The staff was friendly and so accommodating! This was the perfect place to stay during a stressful time. Highly recommended!
Perfect place, room, and location for visiting family in Bay Area. Service was exquisite, the room comfortable with fireplace, food delicious, and parking easy. For sure will book a stay on next visit.
Grounds were well kept
Booked and paid for a King Suite with a soak tub but when we arrived we were put into a small back room with a queen bed. When I asked they said the king suite was sold out and this was all they had. When we inquired about dinner we were told the resturant on premises was closed but there were some down the road we could drive to. We later discovered that a wonderful resturant, The Sea, was adjacent to the property and had an exceptional meal. Why the staff didn’t tell us was puzzling.
