Extremely disappointed
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent.
The first-floor restaurant during dinner was very good.

Cons:

The service quality is very poor. At 9:00 a.m., while I was sleeping in my room, a Hilton staff opened the door without my consent. At 10:00 a.m., another staff again entered the room without permission. There was absolutely no privacy. I reported this to the front desk, but they did not even seem to understand the most basic principles of hotel service.

We weren’t told that the hotel was undertaking refurbishment and only had one shared restaurant. There was no bar or cafe available. No accounting this had been made in the cost.

High quality break.
Pros:

Great location and large room for myself and two children. Comfy bed. View from the 1st floor very nice and good quality breakfast.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t ready until 16.30 despite a 14.00 check in. We were compensated with a free drink while waiting. I would have liked free water in the room.

Grande Opção em Berlin
Pros:

Tudo foi absolutamente perfeito por aqui. A localização do hotel é perfeita (a pouquíssimos metros da estação de metro), o café da manhã foi fabuloso, o quarto está bastante atualizado e todo o Staff foi sem muito gentil.

Ótima opção seja para famílias ou para viagens a trabalho.

Für uns die perfekte Lage um alle Ziele die wir hatten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Shopping Mal 10 Gehmin entfernt, je 20 Gehmin Potsdamer Platz, Alexander Platz. Hotel hat alles was man brauch. Restaurant groß und gemütlich.
