Moderní hotel v centru Berlína s bazénem
Pros:

Pěkný moderní hotel blízko centra Berlína na zastávce metra StadtMitte.Lokalita je plná restaurací,ale večer je klid. Parkování bylo možné přímo ve vedlejším parkovacím dome za 32€/den.
Dobře vybavený minibar. Bazén je zdarma,při použití i sauny zaplatíte 15€.

Cons:

Wc nebylo dobře umyté. Plíseň v rohu sprchovacího koutu, ručníky již ve velmi oprané kvalitě a nevalné vůně. Dvě lahve vody zdarma na pokoji byla jen pro hosty statusu Diamant,ale mela by byt dostupna pro všechny, jinak za cca 7€. Informace o využití bazénu zdarma není z hotelových instrukcí zřejmá.

לא טובה בשל השיפוצים שבוצעו במלון לאורך כל זמן שהותנו ולא אפשרו לנו לישון ולנוח במלון

לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר, המיקום מעולה והצוות נחמד
כל השאר קטסטרופה, לא משהו שאתה מצפה מרשת הילטון.

Cons:

הגענו אחרי הצהריים אחרי טיסת לילה ללא שינה, רצינו לישון קצת אולם מסתבר שהמקום בשיפוצים.
היה רעש נוראי עד השעה 1700 ולא ניתן היה לישון כלל. למחרת בבוקר השיפוצים התחילו סביבות שמונה בבוקר
לאורך כל היום וכך גם בימים הבאים. לא הייתה שום הערה כשביצענו את ההזמנה שהמלון נמצא בשיפוצים
לסיכום: מלון בשיפוץ רועש, לא מאפשר מנוחה לאורך היום.

The location is excellent and made it easy to explore Berlin, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The shower also had good pressure.

Cons:

The biggest issue for us was the bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable. We generally prefer a firm mattress, but this mattress was so firm that we both woke up sore every morning, which really affected our stay. It felt more like sleeping on a hard board than on a quality hotel mattress.

We contacted Guest Services to ask if a mattress topper was available, hoping it might make the bed more comfortable. We were simply told they didn’t have any, with no offer of an alternative solution, such as extra bedding, a room change, or any other attempt to help.

Another frustration was the minibar. The fridge had sensors, and there was only a tiny amount of space left for guests’ own drinks, not enough room for the two bottles we had. Because the minibar items are sensor-controlled, we couldn’t remove them to make space without worrying about being charged.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel Hilton Berlin.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Ambiente des Hilton Hotels sind außergewöhnlich schön.
Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, spacerem do Bramy Brandenburskiej, Bundestagu, Metra oraz Shopping Center.
Dobre śniadanie z ładnym widokiem. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Bardzo mała łazienka, brak miejsca na kosmetyki.
