Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, über Concierge, Check-in, Frühstück.
Sehr lobenswert und sehr lösungsorientiert.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, und das Badezimmer hat einen sehr hygienischen Eindruck gemacht.
"Umzugsmöglichkeit" für Motorradfahrer, auch nach dem Checkout, kann man beim Concierge erfahren. Dafür Daumen hoch.
Frühstück ist Standard, gilt auch für das angebotene Obst um es etwa im Müsli einzunehmen. ;-)

All round a very very good stay
Pros:

Great location, metro outside, quiet, good clean rooms, breakfast was good. Service was always polite and pleasant in all sections, eg, reception, concierge, restaurant, etc. guys in concierge were always helpful. Atmosphere in lobby was pleasant. Breakfast room was large and great view across to the Dom opposite. Didnt like the €150 deposit. Hopefully it will Be returned as promised, if not will come back to rewrite this, hopefully don’t have to, as all other experience has been great.
