Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorisation of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
F&B discount for in house guest (not applicable for alcoholic beverages).

everything Ok except for parking

Cons:

Parking very bad..hotel should have reserved parking for those who stay in pacific hotel..i have to spend extra money for parking..2 car costs me almost RM150..its ridiculous..the receptionist and parking people are not helping at all.. i have to compete with outsider for parking..very struggling and very disappointed..i have never experienced this kind of problem for hotel parking..
