From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorization of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
F&B discount for in house guest (not applicable for alcoholic beverages).

Staff was good, polite and accommodating. Staff did its best to make us feel comfortable. Happy with the staff.
Not good with kids, the amenities aren’t really welcoming for kids, kids stay is more like misleading on the websites, the room doesn’t meet the expectations of a 5 star at all, breakfast was always cold and didn’t even meet the expectations of a 3 star hotel, all our family got sick after the last day we had breakfast with a stomach bug.
“I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was somewhat disappointing. During my stay in room 1718, I encountered a cockroach in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The furniture was still functional, but it appeared quite dated. In addition, the TV channels were limited and the quality was not satisfactory. I hope the hotel management can improve cleanliness and overall facilities for a better guest experience.”
