Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorization of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
F&B discount for in house guest (not applicable for alcoholic beverages).

Bilik besarr untuk harga yang dibayar,dan juga tidak berhantu lol. Staff super helpful & mesra,tipikal sikap orang melayu kita. Karpet tebal & spotless clean! Aircond function & sejuk. Lif banyak,xyah tunggu lama walau duk tingkat tinggi melangit. Toileteries lengkap & lotion wangii sgt !Last time stay hilton,bilik panas,karpet penuh rambut macam setahun tak vakuum,sempit walhal harga lagi mahal.

Cons:

Limited basement parking space..sekali dah bawak keluar kereta memang xde harapan nak dapat spot kosong semula.

I thought of bringing my family to a nice place to stay and I saw a 5 stars hotel and thought it was going to be a good
Pros:

The location wise and it’s near the mall.

Cons:

I ask the staff for a room upgrade because I came with my wife and son and there was only deluxe twin room but booking stated that there is free upgrade , I got the upgrade but more like a downgrade. Because my pillow case was dirty had to change it , the room look like it was vacant for some time. My tv was old and it’s not watchable as I love watching tv before sleep. The room just don’t give me a 5 star vibe. So I didn’t enjoy the room

Excellent location, but the facilities are quite dated.
Pros:

The location is great, right next to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The water pressure for the bathtub in the room was excellent with plenty of hot water, and the sleep quality during the stay was decent.

Cons:

The overall facilities felt a bit dated and the style is quite old-school. The service and experience in all aspects were just average without any major surprises. It’s just an ordinary, standard old-style 5-star hotel.
