Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorization of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Will return no more

The most expensive car parking rate i ever paid as hotel guest. 2d1n cost me RM30.00. Hotel parking rate is reasonable; RM5.00 per entry, but it is very limited. I think less then 50 spaces available and hotel guests need to compete with hotel staff+visitors. I booked for superior king, but they gave me superior twins. I asked them to give me king bed, but they refused as king bed was full at that day. They transferred me to another room which has twins joining to become super king. But the room was not in perfect shape as tv very old and screen no color. Very sad quality of towels and if i need extra, i have to pay RM20 per towel.

The good thing is hotel staff. I know this hotel was previously known as Pan Pacific Hotel. So, the level of service is still on par for 5 stars hotel. I used to stay in the hotel during Pan Pacific era.

The room decor is dated and needs a refresh
Pros:

Stayed at Seri Pacific Hotel in Kuala Lumpur as arranged during a corporate event. Iron and ironing board, and a safe are included, and the room assigned was clean. The bathroom is separate from the bath tub / toilet and the room is decent in size. Checking in was easy and the staff who served us friendly. However, the room decor is dated and needs a refresh.

Talking a walk around the surrounding and you can find various eateries. The Sunway Putra Mall is just across the road and there are many restaurants, stores and a supermarket at the basement.

A worst place
Pros:

Close to the train station, mall, morning breakfast and some staff were nice.

Cons:

I'm not sure if it's due to the booking done through the third party but they didn't treat us well. I booked months ago and requested for city view or twin tower view and they agreed but when I went in person, they provided the worst floor and view. The staff also didn't treat us well. I know I used a good offer to book a room but I had to argue for even getting an extra blanket. They didn't even have a laundry facility. I wont even think to book this hotel again and I wont recommend to anyone.
