Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorization of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.

Polite stuff

Cons:

Photos from reality have huge difference .
The room is in a really bad condition.
Dirty rug and the wallpaper was in a very bad condition as you can see in the photos I attached. In addition the ceiling in the bathroom was in a bad condition too.
There were no plugs next to the bed.

The inhouse bar was below expectation. The quality of the beers were bad (not fresh). The inhouse band was rather mediocre.

Excellent and Awesome!
Pros:

Everything went well. This is my second staycation at the hotel. My room was really clean and comfy. Breakfast spread was adequate and delicious.The coffee was exceptionally good too! What i love is the fact that the hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and this made food options very varied. And all that you need is within reach. On top of this, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They really made our stay memorable. Kudos! Keep up the great work and service!

The wifi can be improved. Tends to lag at night.

Pleasant for a short city break in KL
Pros:

The hotel is located just across the street from Sunway Putra Mall and can easily be accessed via a covered passage from the KTM Putra station, which is only 3 stops away from KL Sentral. The rooms are very comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Deluxe double rooms are situated on higher floors, so it is nice to have a wide open view of the city. Breakfast offers mainly Malay, Indian and Chinese options, but also good cheese and omlettes. In our period of travel the pool was not crowded at all, so it was very relaxing, even though it is a bit on the small side.

Cons:

We didn't encounter any problems.

Not great
Pros:

This hotel from outside and the Lobby look impressive. Unfortunately the rooms are not. It is rated has a 4 star , I would give 2 stars at most. The rooms are a good size, but everything needs updating. It is tired or worn out. The beds were solid, had and uncomfortable. The shower and bath need urgent repair. Bed linen I think was white originally and is now a see of grey. We only had one small towel each, no hand towels. There is a bar area, but we didn’t use it has it is also a smoking area and I have asthma so couldn’t use, although I probably wouldn’t have as it was thick with smoke. We did ask if we could bring our drinks into lobby but that wasn’t allowed. Breakfast I wouldn’t give any recommendation, it was just warm, hard to get a table that was clean. In my opinion the food was not good, staff were not helpful and most days coffee machine not working. Overall I would rate this experience as 1 star at best. We would not return.
