The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spotless. The location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Almost 50mins to check in with a very rude staff member after flying for hours - not acceptable.
Had the booking all wrong.
Spoke to night manager also rude an didn't care
The cost is not cheap expected more - dont pay these prices pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

We loved everything
our suite was wonderful, well appointed. The club lounge was great the view from our room and the view from the club lounge was breathtaking.
the bed was a little high, i am short and had to climb in, but that was the only bad thing i could possibly say
Location, facilities, staff were fantastic
The property was fantastic. The vast central atrium is stunning, the room was perfect and comfortable with a great view. The club room on the top floor was wonderful with even better views. However what capped it all off was the people who work there’s everybody was so friendly, so attentive and so kind to us both. My wife was in a wheelchair and people couldn’t have been more considerate to her needs. The breakfast team and the afternoon team were super friendly, keen to help us with ideas for places to visit and really lovely people to chat with. We are definitely returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Singapore.
