Die Lage ist top! Sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Auswahl beim Frühstück riesig. Trink-Wasserhahn im Zimmer ist super.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten. Beim Duschen gab es jedesmal eine Überschwemmung im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist laut und hektische Stimmung, nicht gemütlich. Riesen Buffet und viele Gäste.

Online check was irritating. Wouldn’t accept an attempt to check in as one of the 2 rooms was single occupancy. Then caused confusion over guests and occupants of each room. Caused a delay at hotel check in

Perfect location with excellent service!

Perfect stay for 10 nights, suite overlooking the marina with hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing! Staff always excellent, especially the Pan Pacific Club Lounge where food & service 5 star! 2nd stay at the hotel and would recommend upgrading for the Club Lounge, many thanks!
