It was good overall
Pros:

1.Staffs are awesome
2.Pool was good and oceanfront view.

Great stay!
Pros:

Staff is just Amazing! Extremely helpful and always offering a smile. The rooms, food and pool areas are superb.

Cons:

The ASEAN convention was happening the same time as we were in the hotel but the staff was very helpful and accommodating despite the event disruption

The beach is not great but the infinity pool makes up for it.

Could enjoy our vacation here
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the room is clean and housekeeping was excellent, and the food was all delicious.

Cons:

A bit fat from the airport. Also, we requested connecting rooms for our family of four, but they ended up being separate rooms.

High end hotel, but low end value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious and overall good quality. The walking distances to restaurants and pool did not disturb me, even though they are unusually long. The staff was very professional and friendly and the breakfast was generous.

Cons:

It's a money machine. The basic room rate was normal in the market here, however costs for any additional service (e.g. laundry), drinks, food etc. are excessive. One shot of Whiskey costs more than in a good bar in Geneva. That's probably why restaurants and bars are empty, dead.

El hotel es hermoso, la zona de la piscina y la playa están muy bien. El gym esta muy bien equipado. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Pocas opciones de comida, siempre esta el mismo restaurante abierto y el servicio es lento.
Habiendo habitaciones vacías, porque el hotel estaba vacío, y siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas no me parece bien que te pongan en una habitación conectada con otra habitación por una puerta. Se escuchaba todo

Loved staying here at this lovely resort.
Pros:

We lived our trip for so many reasons. Despite having an initial issue at check in, it was resolved the same day which was great. The resort is lovely, excellent options at breakfast, impromptu activities and entertainment and excellent service. We ate at the buffet, the Thai restaurant and Sunset Bar and the food was amazing and the service was some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The staff are friendly, well trained and attentive. The room was spacious and very comfortable indeed. My daughters and I had a wonderful t time.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that it’s a pet friendly hotel and some dog owners are more considerate than others, which is no reflection on the hotel itself. I hope there’s some type of expectation particularly as one dog was very vocal around the pool, in the lobby and around the hotel.
