Great location, price and quiet
Pros:

Very nice hotel as pretty much all Hampton Inns are. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very nice staff. Location was very close to where we were going and accommodating as we had a trailer on my truck. We had a good breakfast in the morning and got away on time.

Outstanding experience
Pros:

Dustie went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. Excellent customer service. He really cared about making our stay the best it could be. The hotel is always clean and the associates are always very friendly and accommodating.

Hilton Honors and Amazon
Pros:

I’ve been trying for 11 years to connect my Amazon with my Hilton honors to shop with points and Amy and Dustie have been the best at helping me. Amy took 2 days getting it fixed for me and helping me out. Everyone here has been so helpful and kind while staying that it’s hard to stay other places and have them top this Hampton. Make sure Amy and Dustie get a raise and everything they want! I’ll only stay at this hotel whenever I come to Salisbury!

Great service, cleanliness, customer service over the top.
Pros:

Michelle was great. She provided my family with everything we needed during out stay at Hampton Inn. This hotel is clean and the customer service was over the top. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The facility and staff are outstanding. Jessica and Dustin greet me by name before I even get to the counter for check in every time. They take a genuine interest in how I am doing and ensuring that this is the best part of my business trip every week.Michelle is there with a smile as I check out in the morning and make a new reservation whenever needed
