Hampton Inn Salisbury

I stay at this property regularly for business and have visited nearly every hotel in the area. Hampton Inn Salisbury continues to stand out for its service, professionalism, and overall value.

The staff is consistently friendly, the hotel is clean, and the coffee is always hot and ready. One person in particular deserves special recognition: Ken at the front desk. Ken goes above and beyond on every stay. He keeps a close eye on both the inside and outside of the hotel, maintains awareness of what’s happening on the property, and shows extra diligence at night to ensure guest safety and comfort. He actively looks out for the parking lot, addresses questionable activity when needed, and genuinely cares about the well‑being of the guests. On multiple visits, Ken has gone out of his way to help in any way possible, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work.

With reliable service, a convenient location, and a team that truly pays attention—especially Ken—Hampton Inn Salisbury remains my preferred choice in the area. Reasonably priced, consistently professional, and always appreciated.

“It was wonderful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast choices were great. Staff was pleasant. It made our 3 day convention even more enjoyable.” The atmosphere was pleasant. We were on 1st floor close to the breakfast area and gym, but it was quiet. The location was just off the interstate. We had group rates, but the rates seemed reasonable.

This is my favorite hotel in Salisbury. The staff is always so helpful and friendly who make me feel like family. The waffles are pretty good, too. Easy to find because it is close to I-85 and plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Breakfast was good. Would be nice if it had more choices.

Just wanted to thank Ken for checking us in so quickly and for being so kind and welcoming. We were exhausted and he was fast and fun to talk with. Thanks again Ken! Breakfast was wonderful too. Really appreciate that.

Good location with two restaurants sharing the same parking lot. The breakfast had a good variety too. I liked how you could choose your room ahead of time and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Using the phone app to open the door was also helpful.

I absolutely love this hotel! Dusty, Jessica and Michelle are amazing! The rooms are always clean, the customer service is amazing and they make each of my trips there pleasurable. I will only stay at this hotel when I am in the area.

Staff was excellent.

We love staying at this hotel. Friendly check in staff. Bed sheets and pillows were clean and fresh. Love the shower with the body wash hand dispensers. Also had hand soap and body lotion dispensers attached to mirror. This was very convenient. Breakfast was good, included hot coffee bar, hot and cold cereal, pastries, juices and fresh fruit. We enjoyed our stay.

Phenomenal! Starting with: I’m an introvert who travels for business on the road. I always check in on the app. As a diamond member, this means I usually forgo the little gift bag and water that is offered upon check in at the desk. However, there was a water, treat, and a thoughtful note from management waiting for me when I got into my room. This might be a little detail to some, but it makes a huge impact to some. Additionally, this room was spotless clean. No funky odors. No gross hairs in the shower or towels or bed. This attention to cleanliness meant the world to me after being on the road for 10 days and staying at other Hilton properties that weren’t as clean. The staff are friendly. Coffee is good! And there is a Keurig machine in the rooms. I will be back for work in this area and will stay here again. I’ve already told my co workers about this hotel.
