The lighting in hotel room is terrible. It is too dim.
Near airport , free shuttle
It’s free shuttle only takes you to a sky train to the airport then you have to get off and take another shuttle or walk to the terminal. I think it reads like you will go to the actual airport terminal as I have from other hotels at other airports. So I felt mislead and I was glad we actually gave ourselves the extra time to get to the airport. However the driver was extremely e and helpful.

The bathroom was very clean, and the room was organized and generally well presented. The hotel was also convenient for a short stay near the airport, and the staff member who eventually brought the body wash to the room was helpful.
The first thing we noticed when entering the room was a very unpleasant smell, almost like a mix of dampness and dirt, which seemed especially noticeable because of the carpet. The bed was also quite noisy. When I went to take a shower shortly after check-in, I realized the body wash dispenser was completely empty. I called reception several times and it took a while before someone answered and later brought it to the room. I understand that mistakes can happen, but we were in a hurry and this delayed us quite a bit.
The following morning, I also had a very unpleasant experience with the female receptionist working at check-out. When I asked where breakfast was served, her response and body language came across as very dismissive. When I then told her the breakfast area appeared to be closed, she simply shrugged as if she did not care. Her attitude felt unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.

Die Lage des Hotels, wenn man New York erkunden möchte, ist sicher wenig attraktiv, da man ca. 30-45 Minuten mit der Bahn nach Manhattan braucht. Für Newark Reisende natürlich perfekt.
Very close to the airport
The steps it takes to get to the hotel shuttle and my room smelled like dog or sewer. There were no face towels and I found a hair on the bed. The floor in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well either.
The location is great, plus the free airport shuttle really made a difference. The breakfast was so good, the best bagels...and very clean and pretty...the room was large and comfortable, well designed, clean! Very good shower...I was surprised and really pleased, we will stay here again when leaving from Newark Airport. Lena at reception is a star!
And thank you for the lemon water, when we checked in! OH, and parking was plentiful!

Good location.
The cost of parking isn’t 20 bucks a day but 20 bucks every entrance and exit lasting longer than 15 minutes. So if you come back for 2 hours and leave again… it costs you again. 20/day is annoying but standard… 20 every time you exit makes this place unusable again.
Arrived here late after a cancelled flight and from the woman on check in to the lady on check out the staff were amazing. Shuttle was a god send at that hour. Bed was so comfy and we were short essentials as the cases were lost in transit but the hotel offer complimentary toiletries (toothbrush,tooth paste,razor,foam). This hotel was a gift for a bad situation
All went well. It was just an overnight.
