Pros:

Good room, amazing bed. Brilliant buffet breakfast. Staff very nice.

Cons:

I waited 45 mins for the shuttle that is supposed to come every half an hour. Must've just missed one and then the next was a bit late. Not a big deal but just luck whether you arrive at the right time. Shuttle back to the airport was great.

Cons:

La navette gratuite n'a pas pu nous ramener à l'aéroport le lendemain matin pour prendre le Air Train, elle était tombée en panne. Nous nous sommes divisé avec l'hôtel les frais d'un taxi (ce qui a tout de même été fort apprécié). Nous aurions aimé profiter de la navette gratuite... nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour économiser des frais et s'éviter une nuit supplémentaire sur Manhattan, notre vol arrivant très tard.

Good stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Parking was convenient and affordable. Staff was courteous and professional.

Cons:

Wash clothes were very thin. Both towels & wash clothes were rough. The mattress on the left side had a significant indentation making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Close to the airport was great! But disappointed in the room and facilities.
Pros:

This hotel was conveniently close to the airport.

Cons:

The room was very small, outdated, and had a yukky smell. It was way overpriced for the room and the facilities and we were expecting way more from a Holiday Inn and for what we paid. There was an extra charge for parking, which wasn't shared with us when we checked in. We had to ask about the parking situation the next morning. One staff member was great to work with while the other was not as great. We did not use the breakfast so can't speak to that.
