Convenient & clean
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.

Cons:

The air conditioning was extremely loud. It was super hot and humid over the few days I was there, so I am thankful it was in the room and that it worked, but it was distruptive to my sleep.

Food was good

Cons:

There were only two carts and people were waiting with me long time for the cart to carry the luggage. Washroom is not tidy and needs to calling the room service to clean it up.
