Pros:

For an old building its been upgraded and maintained and that helps feel like your getting what you pay for.

Cons:

The bathroom exhaust was not working, keeps steam and smells in the room.

It was nice for our one night stay. For the money it could be a bit better for the things I mentioned above.

Everything was really nice

Cons:

For a king extra, there was no pen and paper at the desk area in the room. The lights were not working at the desk either. Also for the channel line up, you had to snap a picture of the code and then it took you to a sight that you could barely see. It was all crammed together.

Pros:

Every detail was perfect. From calling to confirm the stay, check in, and check out, it was super easy and fast. There were more amenities than I even needed. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, staff was helpful. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows as well as the light blocking shade that was a way better design than any I've seen. The decor was beautiful, and the little extras such as water and a Keurig in the room were much appreciated. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch, although I enjoyed eating in the dining area. Definitely will stay here again!

Lovely location well worth the stay
Pros:

Loved this location! The shower/tub was configured to remove fear of falling, the tub was sufficiently coated, the grab bar was well placed the shower head was fully operational. Additionally the staff did a fantastic job and the place was well cared for. We won't hesitate to stay here again.

After long drive, staff felt unaccomadating.
Pros:

Location was fine. Room was clean.

Cons:

Upon checking in, we were asked for payment. We told employee that we had paid. Employee said status read as unpaid in computer. My app for my discover card showed that the bill was paid 6 days before when I booked the room. I called discover card and verified this information. Employee said we would have to wait half hour for manager. When manager arrived, she looked at computer and said that the bill had been paid and then walked away. The employee did say “sorry”, manager did not say anything about the error or the fact we had to wait.

Pros:

I like everything at this Hampton Inn but the Comforter...and Top of Bed sheets. They come off too easily during the night, end up wadded up on the bed. Hard to explain. Also the TV remote is nice but not intuitive. You cannot access "guide" when you press the button. You end up having to scroll through 200 channels to find the one you want.

Have stayed here before. Stayed 2 nights and it was fine. I will have to say that the breakfast one morning had patty sausage that was not cooked very much at all. Probably frozen and microwaved, sorry but big turn off!!!
