Einfach perfekt
Pros:

Gut gelegen, ruhig, Kaffeeautomat auf der Etage inklusive Wasser aus der Karaffe. sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

Good location. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioning.
Lovely and clean and appreciative of the tea and coffee making on each floor which was a great touch.

Cons:

Nothing with the hotel.
Just note that the trams can be a bit confusing at first.

Cons:

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Als ich spät am Abend ins Bett gehen wollte, habe ich fremde Haare in verschiedensten Ausführungenmeinem im Bett gefunden, was auf eine unzureichende Zimmer-Reinigung hinweist. Das ist nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern auch sehr unangenehm.

Şık, temiz ve lezzetli bir konaklama.
Pros:

5 günlük tatilin her günü başka bir kentte kalarak gezdik. Kaldığımız oteller içindeki en güzel kahvaltı bu oteldeydi. Çeşitli, lezzetli ve tazeydi.

Ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück!
Was zudem auch noch sehr ansprechend präsentiert wurde.

Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen!

Auf dem Flure ,gibt es Kaffestation,Tee, Wasser zur freien Verfügung 😃

Außer vielleicht 😉 das die Betten geteilt waren und auseinander gingen .

Zimmer ganz in Ordnung. Das Personal zeigt Mängel in Sache Frendlicher Empfang; wenn das Service der

Das Personal am Empfang war nicht freundlich. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht saubergemacht nach meiner ersten Übernachtung. Wenn das Saubermachen optional war hat niand mir danach gefragt, wie üblich in anderen Hotels. Es wirde zwar Kaffee frei im Flur meiness Stockwerkes angeboten; leider wurde das Geschirr nicht regelmässig kontroliert mit dem Ergebnis, dass es am zweiten Tag keine sauberen Tassen mehr zur Verfügung standen. Das Hotel ist ganz ok, aber sie müssen viel besser ihr Personal in Sache “Service” ausbilden: den Gast gut informieren und gelegentlich ein Lächeln zeigen wäre schon ein guter Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Es reicht nicht wenn am Schalter das Personal quasi ausschliesslich checkt, ob das Zimmer schon bezahlt wurde und die Kaution für mögliche weiteren Kosten getätigt, bevor man den “Schlüssel” fürs Zimmer bekommt.
