Izba bola uzasna, dostali sme panoramatickú izbu s krásnym výhľadom ako upgrade zadarmo. Personal bol uzasny, boli extremne nápomocný, vsetci sa usmievali a ranajky boli skvele.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft und Professionalität des Personals: Ich hatte eine größere Menge Bargeld im Zimmer vergessen und zunächst nicht mehr gefunden. Das Team hat sich sofort intensiv darum gekümmert, gemeinsam mit mir nach der Lösung zu suchen. Selbst Stunden später durfte ich noch einmal ins Zimmer zurück, begleitet vom Personal – mit voller Unterstützung und Verständnis. Am Ende konnte ich mein Geld tatsächlich wiederfinden.

Ein solcher Einsatz, diese Geduld und dieses Engagement sind absolut nicht selbstverständlich und zeigen, auf welch höchstem Niveau hier gearbeitet wird.

Was dieses Erlebnis aber wirklich unvergesslich gemacht hat, war die Aussicht: Der Blick über Barcelona, direkt auf das Meer und den Strand, war einfach atemberaubend. In diesem Moment hatte ich wirklich Gänsehaut – dieses Gefühl von Freiheit, diese Ruhe und gleichzeitig diese beeindruckende Kulisse vor Augen. Schwer in Worte zu fassen.

Für mich ist dieses Hotel ein absolutes Vorbild in Sachen Service, Gastfreundschaft und Erlebnis. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Another Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

This was our third stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona and once again it was Amazing. We came to support our son during his first marathon, which made the visit extra special.
From the warm welcome by Emile on arrival to the excellent service at breakfast by Miraia, we felt truly spoiled. We were also delighted with a wonderful room upgrade—thank you, Marta. The thoughtful amenities prepared by Carlijn for Louis’ first marathon were such a lovely surprise.
Another memorable stay with many great memories.

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Odalar geniş ve güzeldi, manzara çok iyi ve konumu da hiç fena değildi.
