Renovation work is taking place from October 2025. The spa is under renovation, however wellness treatment are available. Please note that the "Pool 2" and "Restaurant Lokal and Bar" are unavailable between 01/11/2025 and 30/10/2026 due to renovation.

Front desk team charged us € 600 when we checked-in as prepaid services. When we checked-out they did not pay us back the outstanding balance (€ 200+) they said they will credit our card with in 2/3 days but nothing came from them since then although I’ve reminded them a massage trough booking service but nothing came luck.
Also, room service staff were very rude. They interned our room just to place (2 water backs & 2 pieces of chocolate) and to shift the rubbish from room can to shopping paper bags.
No room make up performed by them at that time.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk, ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Onze kamer was enorm groot met super uitzicht. Jammer was dat ze aan het verbouwen waren waardoor niet alles zoals de tuin niet toegankelijk was.
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Arts Barcelona during what was meant to be a confirmed site inspection for a wedding.
Our clients travelled specifically to Spain to plan their wedding and had a scheduled visit with the hotel. However, upon arrival, they were informed that the inspection had not been confirmed even though with did with Eugenia. No one was able show the event spaces or guest rooms.
This resulted in a complete waste of their time and a very poor impression, particularly given the reputation of the Ritz-Carlton brand. For a property of this level, the lack of coordination, communication, and basic professionalism is both surprising and unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this experience has led us to remove the hotel from consideration for the event.
We have organized our wedding clients site inspection, having very high expectations however our contact Eugenia never showed up informing clients that site inspection was never confirmed, when indeed it was. Her Deputy escorted the clients without real in depth interest for their wedding..Very unprofessional experience.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with great views of the ocean and/or city. We were lucky to have views of both! The room and bathroom are huge and clean and the bed is very comfortable. There are not a lot of drawers (only 2 small ones) for your clothes, but plenty of space for hanging clothes. The maid button is with the light buttons and it took me a few times of not getting maid service to figure that out - they should point this out when you check in. You had to take a few elevators to get to the breakfast area and pool, but the staff was extremely helpful if you looked lost. The service is top notch and the food was yummy, except for the strange scrambled eggs at breakfast (not good at all). I used the exercise room daily - it's in a temporary location due to continued remodeling. Stay here and pamper yourself!
The room was new and perfect! Very comfortable, very clean, nothing to say, it was perfect!
The reception area and all of the parking entrance etc are very old, so first impression arriving at the hotel wasn’t great. Also, it is packed with people everywhere and there’s no charm. The rug on the floors has holes and is old. They are renovating but there was a lot of noise with the works in front of our room and this wasn’t communicated (they did give us earplugs but honestly paying 600 EUR per night to wake up with works at 8am is not ok. Price should have been lowered during the time of the works..

Everything was handled with impeccable care, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
Simply put, the service was beyond fabulous—absolutely perfect in every way. A five-star experience we will definitely repeat.

The view is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. All concierges were fantastic. The pool is nice and relaxing. Highly recommend.
I’ve always avoided staying at this hotel because being under the flag of Ritz-Carlton they tend to be stingy with elite member benefits. However, I got to stay here for 1 night and was blown away by the hotel. The room is beautiful, the staffs are proactive and warm, and the view is simply magical. The only downside would be its location close to the beach, which makes it far from major attractions of Barcelona. But for me, as I like to run by the Barceloneta, this worked in my favour. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I want to run by Barceloneta again.

Очень современный красивый и просторный номер, есть все удобства: гигиенические принадлежности, халаты, тапочки, фен Dyson. Уборка производится 2 раза в день. Завтраки шикарные, есть даже черная икра на завтрак, это шокировало.
Немного странная система входной группы. Чтобы попасть к лифтам, нужно пройти «лабиринт» и несколько других лифтов. Но в целом, это не сильно испортило впечатление.
