As part of our commitment to enhance our facilities, from June 2025 there will be partial closures of our indoor & outdoor common areas for renovation. Konumu çok iyi , odalar geniş ve rahat , personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve samimi oda servisi hariç . şehre dogru köşe odalarda şehir ve kısmi deniz manzarası var ,

Görüntü olsun diye tv nin etrafına çerçeve yapmıslar , 5 gun kumandayı kullanamadık 3 kere teknik geldi son gun değiştirmelerini rica ettiğimde çerçeveyi çıkardılar ve kumanda çalışmaya başladı , 4 buyuk motorlu perde vardı kaldıgım odada , ya hepsi birden kapanıyor ya hepsi birden acılıyor , 2 ci gunden sonra itibaren yarım acıldıgında kendiliğinden kapanmaya veya acılmaya basladı , yani ya herkez sizi görüyor yada karanlıktasınız , iç mimar ile otomasyon firması cok uyumlu değilmiş sanırım . kahvaltıları iyi değil ,oda servisi iletişimi çok zayıf .

Pros:

fantastic service, very big and spacious rooms, one of the best beds I have slept in, great on site restaurant, amazing choice with breakfast buffet

There is nothing I did not like. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic design rooms totally refurbished and very well isolated so no noise at all. One of the best breakfast buffets I have seen in recent years. Top service, probably one of the best 5 star hotels not only in Barcelona or Europe.

Cons:

Outdoor pool is quite small if there are a lot of people that want to stay outside
