As part of our commitment to enhance our facilities, from June 2025 there will be partial closures of our indoor & outdoor common areas for renovation. Great room, great view. Terrible hotel management not up to five stars level.
Pros:

We booked on of the most expensive room. Room was great view of the sea stunning.

Cons:

The property is undergoing major renovation and it’s not indicated on the listing. We were greeted by a pile of construction material at the entrance and were right next to the construction area during breakfast. On top of that the entrance was occupied by a temporary checking counter for a group of over 200 guests from China. The hotel management did not separate regular guests from the 200+ group for breakfast and it was a total mess. Even though we understand the need for the hotel to do MICE, it should not affect regular guests. Lastly we were charged EUR 50 for parking which is quite outrageous knowing how much we paid for the room.

Out of world experience
Pros:

By far the best hotel we ever visited. Staff was very helpful all around and have gone an extra mile to celebrate our 30y anniversary

The room (suite) was out of world on 31st floor - corner.

Every detail was perfect and the suite was decorated with so much taste.

The restaurant (with 2 Michelin star) is special experience and is - must visit!

Pros:

Everything about the stay at the hotel was excellent and we where happy with the outstanding service. We did also dine at Enoteka restaurant which was excellent. A memorable celebration for our porcelain wedding anniversary. We send the staff our best wishes for making our celebration more special by extending the services over what we expected, thank you.

Cons:

We got into a problem with the security deposit as the hotel made a mistake and took far to much out of our credit card and it took over 6 days to correct. This did put a shadow on our otherwise great stay. The financial system of the hotel needs to shape up on these issues.

Pros:

The staff make this hotel they are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them. The bedrooms are a lovely size and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is wonderful, with a large selection to healthy foods, hot and cold.

Cons:

For the size of the hotel the swimming pool, gym and spa area is small, there is also a lack of toilets for these areas which might have something to do with the ongoing building work.

Найбільше всього в цьому готелі вразило гарне та доброзичливе відношення персоналу, абсолютно кожного співробітника. Швидкість їх роботи, щирість та високу клієнтоорієнтовність. Я зупинялась в багатьох готелях 5 зірок, але в цьому готелі персонал спрацював найкраще. Також дуже класна локація, смачні сніданки, шикарні краєвиди з вікна номеру.

Pros:

La amabilidad de todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel, las vistas al mar y a la ciudad, la perfecta ubicación ya que puedes ir andando por toda la zona del puerto sin tener que coger ningún tipo de transporte, aunque hay taxis que vienen hasta la puerta del hotel

Cons:

Están haciendo unas reformas, que evidentemente son para mejorar varias partes del hotel, pero que se hacen un poco molestas, por el ruido y por el trasiego de personas. Sobre todo en la zona de las piscinas
