As part of our commitment to enhance our facilities, from June 2025 there will be partial closures of our indoor & outdoor common areas for renovation. Thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcome you during these months while we continue to offer the service of excellence as usual.

From March 2025 onwards, our Spa will be temporarily closed for renovation works and relocated on the 3rd and 4th floors, where we will continue to offer our full treatment menu for you to enjoy an enhanced wellness experience

je trouve cela scandaleux que l’hôtel ne nous ai pas prévenu des travaux en cours dans l’hôtel et sur la facade
Entrée pas du tout aussi belle que dans mon souvenir
Accès impossible à la piscine et à la terrasse , le tout avec des palissades et des bâches partout
Terrasse pas aménagée et pa chauffée pour un hotel de ce prix franchement pas sérieux
J’avais un souvenir beaucoup plus glamour de cet hotel ayant vécu et travaillé à Barcelone 4 ans
Aucune réduction proposée non plus pour pallier à celà.
Vélos à louer à l’hôtel dans un état très moyen , selle et sonnette cassée !
Lors de notre arrivée, accueil ou l’on vous fait d’abord patienter dans un parking dehors a la place de vous inviter au Lobby pour attendre
Bref très déçu de vos prestations

Konumu çok iyi , odalar geniş ve rahat , personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve samimi oda servisi hariç . şehre dogru köşe odalarda şehir ve kısmi deniz manzarası var ,

Görüntü olsun diye tv nin etrafına çerçeve yapmıslar , 5 gun kumandayı kullanamadık 3 kere teknik geldi son gun değiştirmelerini rica ettiğimde çerçeveyi çıkardılar ve kumanda çalışmaya başladı , 4 buyuk motorlu perde vardı kaldıgım odada , ya hepsi birden kapanıyor ya hepsi birden acılıyor , 2 ci gunden sonra itibaren yarım acıldıgında kendiliğinden kapanmaya veya acılmaya basladı , yani ya herkez sizi görüyor yada karanlıktasınız , iç mimar ile otomasyon firması cok uyumlu değilmiş sanırım . kahvaltıları iyi değil ,oda servisi iletişimi çok zayıf .
