Great Views!
Pros:

The hotel service was great. Valet Parking was $65. We got an amazing view of the city on the higher floors. The bed was super comfy and order room service which was delicious and fast. The room was newly renovated and clean. All staff were really nice from check in to room service.

Pros:

The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. David, Harriet, James, are amazing. Great customer service, and tasty drinks. I did not stay at this hotel but the happy hour was fun. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay for our Weekend Getaway
Pros:

We visited for a weekend getaway and had a lovely experience. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating from start to finish. Lesley checked us in and was wonderful—we were able to enjoy both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay even better.

Norma from housekeeping truly went above and beyond. We initially mentioned that we didn’t need full service and only requested replacement complimentary waters, but she surprised us by fully servicing our room. It was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.

We also loved the pool area and the complimentary happy hour (just wine, but free—no complaints!). The location is perfect, right by the bay, and within walking distance to our whale tour, which was a huge plus.

Overall, a great hotel with excellent service. I would definitely recommend staying here.
