Absolutely nothing
Every aspect of stay from rude attendant to unclean rooms. Terrible experience overall. Would love to escalate this issue as I have picture evidence of several health code violations.
Shows pool in property pictures im sure that pool hasn't. Been used in years that's why I booked

The value was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! One of the best showers I have had in a hotel and I travel quite a bit!
The location was not very good. I realize that this is something that is out of the control of the staff, as the hotel is located next to a very busy highway, but the town must have had a sale on very loud exhaust systems right before we arrived, and they all drove past our hotel at least 3 times.

Better lighting in the room
It was convenient to a location I was visiting. That would be the only positive comment I have about this place.
I was very disappointed with this location. The property is old, outdated, and appears to be in need of significant maintenance.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable—it felt like sleeping on a hard board with lumps. While the linens were clean, the furniture was dusty and visibly dirty. The room door didn’t seal properly, allowing a significant amount of road noise to come in, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
The check-in experience was equally disappointing. The employee acted as though checking me in was an inconvenience. He didn’t greet me, explain any of the property’s amenities, or provide basic information such as where to find the ice machine, laundry facilities, or trash disposal. In fact, he said virtually nothing beyond handing me my room number.
Overall, the property’s age, poor upkeep, excessive road noise, and lack of customer service made for an unpleasant stay. I would not choose this location again.
The staff was so nice and if you needed anything they were so accommodating and so sweet with smiles on their faces
I liked the way they had no problem with helping me get a bottom room because of my health problems. Very nice and kind. Would recommend to anyone to stay at Welcome Inn
