Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Most reviews praise very clean rooms and commend the housekeeping staff, though a minority report issues (overpowering cleaning-supply smell, a room with particles, ants, occasional odors in halls and a report of very dirty facilities).
Service
8.8
Multiple reviewers call staff amazing, helpful and accommodating (quick room changes, assisted with moving belongings); a few service-related complaints are minor (late-checkout refund issue).
Location
8.5
Location is frequently cited as a positive: convenient to restaurants, walking distance to stores, right off the freeway and good for short stops or access to local attractions.
Room Quality
7.2
Several reviews note comfortable, modern and well-maintained rooms with good sound isolation and beds; however there are issues reported (loud bathroom fan, door that won't shut, occasional pests and outdated appearance in some units).
Amenities
7.1
Amenities are mixed: parking for trucks/trailers and basic breakfast offerings are available, but guests note no elevator, few luggage carts, and limited breakfast variety/options.
Value for Money
6.5
Value is questioned by some guests (explicit comment that it is very pricey for the location and dissatisfaction when charges/refunds were an issue), pulling this category below average.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Breakfast experiences vary widely: some guests loved breakfast burritos/sandwiches, while others call the breakfast minimal, disappointing or non-existent; overall food offering is inconsistent.
Overall Experience
6.5
Overall stays are often fine for short stops with convenient location and friendly staff, but repeated mentions of inconsistent cleanliness, breakfast, room maintenance and occasional odors/grounds issues produce a mixed overall impression.

Pros:

I loved the cleanliness and kindness of the staff. The close proximity (walking distance) of the convenience stores and restaurants was amazing. I had no complaints with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel again. Breakfast was also REALLY good. Loved that there was breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't an elevator.

Il posto è un po’ vecchio, dalle foto non rende il reale stato. Per una notte di passaggio però va bene
