Cons:

We drove all night and arrived several hours before check out. We wanted to sleep for an hour and take a shower before continuing on our trip. We were denied our room and forced to just continue driving, resulting in being up for 30 hours. Booking.com could care less that we were not provided the rooms we paid for, and I will never use Booking.com again.

We found the linens on bed not very clean, pillows were so flat, tub enclosure base all around mould, table in room needs to be replaced

Noisy, old furniture, non contact with the staff for over 3 hrs due to a phone issue , Fumes from outside car/ truck came in the room. I spent $81 and the actual hotel was $66

Cats everywhere. Burn marks all over. Dirty as can be. Not stocked at all.

Location right off the hwy

Cons:

Creepy guy kept standing near my room, yelling at someone on his phone and trying to bum cigarettes, kept it up until quite late at night. Floor of room very crooked and sloped. Door would not auto lock behind me on morning of departure.
