Relaxing with a nice view!
Pros:

Excelente localização. Staff muito atencioso. Ivan do pequeno almoço sempre muito atento e simpático. Quartos espaçosos e zona de Spa muito bem equipada também.

Cons:

A cama e almofadas era muito duras.

A great visit and a wonderful hotel in a lovely setting.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and made our stay even more fantastic. The spa was a great way to end the day. What a view of the new sled track and the mountains. Breakfast was great. The treats for our dog were a real fun surprise.

Incredible location for a relaxing and hiking-oriented vacation
Pros:

Really great staff who were incredibly kind. Amazing breakfast buffet and good dinner options (vegetarian options as well and not just salad!). The spa area is so nice (nude area) and relaxing. They even upgraded us to a suite :-)

Cons:

The tea in the spa area was often cold. The pillows are quite hard and flat for some reason.
They exchange the towels every day ehich seems too much for me.

Suite magnifique et super confortable. Machine à café Nespresso avec de nouvelles capsules tous les jours. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel: menu très complet !

Cons:

Le souper gastronomique avec des portions petites qui ne peuvent satisfaire des trekkeurs qui ont passé la journée en montagne.

Pros:

Great location, 10 minute walk to the city. They gave us a free upgrade and the room was amazing, clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and filling, staff were helpful

Cons:

Wooden chairs in the dinning area, seem to be a bit old my husband sat down and got scratched and a splinter in his back
