Leuk hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

De ligging is top, je wandelt zo Armenian street in.
De kamers zijn heel ruim, vooral de badkamer is heerlijk groot. Supergoede douche en zachte handdoeken.
Zwembad klein maar prima.
Vriendelijk personeel, vooral de attente en vriendelijke bewakers aan de parking.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is echt heel pover en niet erg lekker. Ook slechte koffie. Je kan beter ontbijten in de stad.
Jammer dat er maar één lift is voor het ganse hotel.

Pros:

This hotel was very conveniently located to major sites. Our room was very spacious overlooking the water and jetties.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a postcard to send out.

Great location, exceptional service, I would 100% stay again if I return to Penang
Pros:

Great location - close to the bus terminal and ferry terminal, and an easy short walk to Chulia street for food and shopping, and a short walk to multiple hawker store food options. The extra distance from the mosques means their early morning loudspeakers aren't too intrusive. The room was a good size, clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable.
The staff were exceptional - very friendly, helpful and efficient. As I checked out they checked over my room and I'm so glad they did because I had left some clothes in a drawer that I'd forgotten about! I could not ask for a better check in or check out experience, every interaction with all the staff was great. Even the security guards were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good range.

Cons:

The internal walls are very thin. One night the man in the next room was talking on his phone, not loudly, and I could clearly hear every word. I heard when he snored that night like he was next to me, I was woken when his alarm went off. Nothing the staff can do about that, but hope for a quiet neighbour or use earplugs!

Simple hotel with an awesome view
Pros:

The seaview from the room was what I loved most. The location of the hotel was convenient to go to most places. The room was comfortable with everything I needed.

Cons:

The traffic could cause some noise at times since the hotel was beside a road. But it wasn't too disturbing.
