無料巡回バス（CAT）乗り場が近く便利。
オーバーヘッドシャワーだけなので、ハンドシャワーもあったら嬉しい。
ペナン島同価格帯の他ホテル（2ヵ所）には冷蔵庫内のドリンク無料サービスがあったが、こちらは無い。
エアコンの温度設定以外はいじれない様になっていた（風量調節やドライ等設定は出来ない）。
ベッドサイドにしかコンセントがない。
Uitstekend luxe ogend hotel op loopafstand van de veerboot met grote redelijk geluiddichte kamers. Zeer schoon. Prima bedden met keuze uit een zacht kussen of een steviger exemplaar. Nette ruime badkamer met heerlijke douche. Waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Vlakbij het centrum en Chew Jetty. Klein zwembad met verfrissend water. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar prima.
The hotel was fantastic! We had a double room for three nights, without breakfast. The room was exactly what you would want: clean and hygienic, a comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Attractions such as Clan Jetties and the street art were within walking distance. So were the streets you definitely want to visit, such as Lebuh Armenian and Lebuh Chulia.
The staff were fantastic. If kindness were a person, he would be the man behind the reception desk at SAVV Hotel. He was incredibly thoughtful and always willing to help and think along with the guests. He deserves a promotion! ( The man who was working on 21 till 24 the august in the afternoon/evening)

Small range on offer for breakfast but suitable to start the day.
We spent 3 nights in Savv hotel with our 2 teenage children and had a great time. The hotel is so central, right beside the Clan jetties and the most famous street art, and it is so easy to walk around and just pop back to the hotel when a bit tired! Great restaurants and cafes nearby too. Lovely pool too cool off in - small but very nice! Breakfast was delicious - a very good buffet with local and western options. Huge thanks to May who was so friendly, explained about all the different types of food, was lovely to speak with, and who provided such a great feed at the start of each day! We were very lucky with our rooms on the top floor overlooking the sea and clan jetties - nice to sit and just look out! We would love to come back and would definitely stay in Savv hotel again!
Posizione ottima sia per il Ferry sia per visitare a piedi George Town. Hotel pulitissimo, stanza enorme e bagno stupendo, letto molto comodo. Macchina Nespresso in camera: top. Staff premuroso e colazione in linea con le aspettative. Assolutamente consigliato

Poco posto per mettere i vestiti, c’erano solo qualche appendino ma nessun scaffale, per fortuna c’era una scrivania. Vedo che questo tema si presenta ormai in molti hotel
Emplacement très proche du terminal ferry. J'ai quasiment tout fait à pied mais c'est très facile de prendre un bus ou un grab depuis cet hôtel. J'avais une chambre simple, elle est toute en longueur mais bien équipée avec des prises internationales. Douche et WC séparés. Vue sans intérêt sur une station service (1er étage). La piscine est purement décorative, elle est trop petite, je ne l'ai pas utilisée. Cela correspondait tout à fait à ce que je voulais pour visiter la partie historique de George Town. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
I booked a small, single room, but was upgraded to a king room when I arrived. The room is small but fine for a solo traveler with one small piece of luggage. The bathroom was quite large with ample space on the sink for toiletries and shower with excellent water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the AC stays on when you leave the room. The pool area is small and only has a few seats next to the pool but there is extra seating on separate deck. Staff was friendly. Location is great. Walkable to many landmarks in the area, great food, and the ferry to Butterworth.
Not an issue for me but the front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. So if you need to check out early, as I did, you need to arrange it in advance. There is 24 security.
La habitación studio era enorme, la cama comodisima el personal muy agradable y la situación perfecta para ir caminando a todos sitios!
Lo recomiendo mucho. El desayuno es pequeño pero suficiente.
