Perfect place to base yourself
Pros:

The staff here are so warm and kind. Location is PRRFECT for a few days to explore the culture and city. The views were quite astonishing.

Pros:

Staff were the best.

- Angel - Rectption - at time of check out assisted in finding last minure transportation to the airport when our planned transport
canceled.

Prem - Securitry.. Was always smiing and helped whenever we asked.

- Misha - Reception - at check in - provided some valuable suggestions.

- May - at the buffet breakfast - served with a warm smile

Perfect!
Pros:

Lovely room! With everything you need- aircon, minibar/fridge, kettle, smart TV. Perfect location if planning to explore Georgetown, I could walk to Armenian street, Penang famous laksa or Peranakan Mansion! Staff were amazing, really lovely! They even helped when I needed medication to go in a freezer!

Excellent value for money, if you want the basics done to perfection choose this hotel.
Pros:

Very comfortable boutique hotel, short walking distance to eveeything you want to see in Georgetown. Very friendly staff. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Very quiet at night.

Cons:

Nothing. The breakfast is basic, but enough to get you started for the day at a very reasonable price.

Heerlijk verblijf in george town.
Pros:

Personeel was heel verwelkomend, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kregen veel informatie bij binnenkomst en ze stonden altijd voor je klaar! De kamers waren erg groot, super schoon en comfortabel. Het zwembad was fijn. Was niet groot en vrij ondiep dus echt baantjes trekken kan niet, maar heerlijk om af te koelen. Ook bubbels die je aan kan zetten met een knop. Elke dag fijne housekeeping. We lieten een glas vallen in de kamer en toen kwamen ze direct met stofzuiger en alles om het op te ruimen. Ook een goed aanbod aan drinken voor bij het zwembad, je kon het bij de balie bestellen en dan kwamen ze het brengen bij het zwembad. Ook kwamen ze regelmatig langs met ijskoud water!! Hele prettige service. Je betaalt wat meer, maar wij vonden dat meer dan waard hier. Locatie is namelijk ook super. Je loopt zo armenian street in en recht tegenover het hotel zijn de jetty’s

Pros:

Location was fantastic. The staff were really helpful & accommodating. The room was clean & spacious.
We found the location was just perfect! It was next to the water & lots of restaurants, cafes & bars that were easily accessible by foot or an affordable Grab ride.
Definitely will return!

Fabulous staff in a clean and lovely small hotel
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff couldn’t do enough to make out stay comfortable
Hotel was impeccably clean and in a great location close to ferry and bus terminal .

Cons:

The actual hotel nothing
But for some the location of the property being on a busy main road could cause a problem due to lack of a good pavement if walking (was not a problem for us though )

Pros:

Excellent hotel recent. A 5 min de marche du centre.
La chambre était super propre et assez grande.
Le ménage était fait tous les jours avec tous les produits essentiels.
Personnel sympathique.
Petite piscine qui permet de se rafraichir.
J'ai passé un excellent séjour !
