Fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

De locatie was super centraal, ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers en echt een fantasrische kamer met balkon. Echt een dikke aanrader

Cons:

Echt niets. Het ontbijt zou misschien iets uitgebreider mogen (westers)

When we checked in, the floor in our room got some sand. My foot get so dirty after walking around in the room.
When we arrive on our car, the guard rejected us to drive in due to parking is full. I request just to drive to lobby to drop off my luggage, guard still rejected me and ask me go up stairs to discuss with management. If I don’t go up to discuss, he expect me to offload my luggage in the middle of main road? Very unpleasant experience when arriving. The staff later offered a parking for us.
Too pricy.

Pros:

1.前台可以说中文，服务很亲切，入住时交代得很仔细
2.房间布局虽然算中规中矩，但非常非常干净，让人很放心，有个细节是洗手间的瓷砖都拼接得非常齐整，是有用心装修和经营的
3.位置就在姓氏桥和码头旁边，逛老街非常方便
4.我们的房间面向大海，有两面墙的大窗户，无痛看到了槟城的海上日出，非常地惊喜

Cons:

1.酒店没有洗衣房或洗衣机，除了我们现场还有另外一对客人提到这个需求，看看店家是否以后可以增加该服务
2.饮用水是洗手间的直饮水，提倡环保理念，我喝过感觉还可以，看个人接受度，但希望店家最好有瓶装水的选项

Pros:

Das hotel war wirklich sehr schön. Unser Sohn hat in dem kleinen Pool schwimmen gelernt. Die Damen beim Frühstück war sehr lieb. Abschließend ist noch zu erwähnen, dass wir ein tolles Fest vor dem hotel miterleben durften. Das war 9 Tage nach Chinese new year. War mega!!!

Cons:

Die Lage war wirklich super, man muss nur wissen das es vor dem hotel keinen Gehweg gibt. Hier muss man ein bisschen mehr mit kinder aufpassen.
