From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. Penang State Goverment requires hotel to collect a Hotel Fee of RM2 per room per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - receptia functiona doar intre orele 8 - 23,
- hotelul este situat pe o strada foarte aglomerata si zgomotoasa. Noi avand camera cu vedere catre curtea interioara si piscina, nu am fost deranjati de zgomotul strazii dar cand ieseam din hotel, era dificil de mers pe strada, nefiind trotuar in zona.
- nu am primit camera rezervata pe booking din prima, a trebuit sa refuzam camera oferita deoarece avea vedere laterala la strada, nu catre piscina si curtea interioara asa cum rezervasem. A fost o situatie neplacuta ce a deranjat usor personalul.

the Savv hotel and its friendly staff exceeded my expectations. The friendliness and the nice atmosphere helped me to feel at home quit quickly. My solo room with a 'ship's window' was very comfortable and had everything i needed. Good bathroom as well.
The pool was small but lovely. Breakfast basic and a great start of the day.
The porter at the entrance was so friendly, as were the reception lady and the 'breakfast' lady and the cleaner of the pool.
the only thing that can make this small cosy and professional hotel better for me is a lounge with a small menu.
房間雖然是單人間，但整体設備很新，乾淨、明亮！完全沒壓迫感，25吋前開行李箱完全能展開！床超好睡！晚上也不吵！因為腰不好，所以第一天到時我就請櫃台的男服務員幫我找個硬點的枕頭，本來他說要找找看，後面找到後竟直接的送到房間給我！真的是超極無敵感動

It was a superb stay for me. I could not ask more. Prime location, friendly staff, quiet room and comfortable bed and spotless room.
I can tell soundproofing could be an issue but it didn't cause any problem this time.
- Hotel is super clean and spotless with a lovely modern atmosphere. All the amenities I needed were provided and the staff were always around to answer questions or help me. The filtered water was another huge bonus.
- Staff kindly upgraded my room when I asked if there was a room with better noise insulation which I greatly appreciated.
- The rooms have very thin walls. The cabin rooms are facing the busy highway, so you can hear lots of traffic and motor bikes throughout the night which made for a sleepless night even with earplugs. After I switched rooms it was greatly improved, but I could still hear the guests next door and heard one guest even shout "Shut the fuck up" which was a little alarming (I don't believe they said it to me, because I had not spoken and just returned to the room). The poor noise insulation is probably my only complaint.

Small pool when occupied with screaming unsupervised kids.
Friendly staff, great location,little extra gestures that were unexpected. Savv hotel gives you a warm welcome and as a smaller boutique hotel it has a personal charm that you would not get in a bigger hotel,I would definitely stay there again
The Savv hotel exceeded my expectations. Their staff was so friendly and service oriented. Solo room with 'sea port window' was lovely and had all I needed. Small pool very nice. Breakfast basic and a good start of the day.
I liked the postcard they offered to send home, it arrived already.
Loved the porter downstairs. Also the sign that says "I am cleaned regularly" on doors and lift.
