If I had to base it on the room and check-in staff, I would 100% stay again, but only stay away from the food area🙅🏽😬

I love the nighttime staff at check-in, and the room was clean and a nice size

Cons:

I paid for the food and received poor service from one of your servers. She was rude and didn't explain the menu to us. She even told us to put our plates on someone else's table, and she did take them, but she was also taking plates from other tables. We paid $25 each and got rude service. I was okay with the price, but I didn't appreciate the rude attitude.

Pros:

Keep going with the free cookies! Delicious. Also thank you housekeeping for the daily room cleaning. Beds and room was comfortable and clean!

Cons:

Wish the pool was heated as it was a bit chilly the days we stayed and wouldve loved to enjoy the pool a bit more.

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful pool, tidy and convenient for getting out and seeing San Diego, with a solid restaurant on site. Very close to Torrey Pines, that was our destination, so we spent most of our time away from the hotel.

Cons:

Room was adequate, but not the type of hotel where you would be content hanging out in your room all day. Highway noise made opening windows not an option.

The bed was saggy. The smell of the water from the faucet was awful, water They need to clean the shower head too. When we left we got charged additional $3.99 for tax ??? We just don’t get it. The receptionist told us to contact the accountant for the additional charges! We decided not to go back to this hotel again.

Everything but one issue....signs.

Cons:

At night it is very difficult to locate the hotel parking lot. It is not visible from the highway exit and main surface road. There are no signs anywhere that direct you where to turn to find the lot. There are no visible signs anywhere on the hotel that can be seen from the road to at least direct you toward the parking lot entrance.

Pros:

I traveled with my family, and we enjoyed everything; my top rating is largely due to the staff. On the day of our arrival, they met us and checked us in a little early, which got our vacation off to a wonderful start. There was also a young woman on duty who spoke English, Ukrainian, and Russian; she was extremely polite and courteous. Additionally, there was a second woman present who treated us to some amazing cookies. It is because of such staff that I am giving a perfect score. There were a few minor issues, but they didn't spoil our positive impression. There was also a heated swimming pool.

I went for schooling, so I wasn’t spending much time in the room. It served its purpose
