Amazing employees
Pros:

The hotel staff are incredible. Sociable, courteous and go above and beyond to help their guests. Sam at the front desk is the perfect face to welcome guests. He was extremely helpful with providing a solution for my dilemma. There are a lot of hotels that offer similar amenities, but when your staff stands out, it makes it even easier to choose. Would stay again just for the hospitality. Thank you, Sam and Doubletree staff!

Amazing stay with the best customer service around
Pros:

My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing! 2nd time Ive stayed at this location. Sam is the absolute best. Always had a smile on his face and willing to assist any chance he was given. I would stay here every chance I could. Oh and the cookies are delicious!

Great place
Pros:

We've been to this hotel a couple of times and it's always been a great experience from check in to check out. The staff has always been welcoming and nice. Our rooms were spacious and clean each trip and breakfast is delicious. They have a little bit of everything and it was worth getting up for. I also want to give a special thanks to the guest service manager Sam. Both times he was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If we come to San Diego again we will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

we were not able to access the free Wi-Fi - even being a Hilton member, we could not figure it out - so we opted to use my personal hotspot instead. It was very confusing.

Pros:

exactly what i was after for my son and i on our 1 night stay in SanDiego

Cons:

the atmosphere i the restaurant was a bit stale but essentially i wasn't surprised by that.

We did enjoy the stay and it was a nice view.

When we walked in the floors were visibly dirty which made us think the room was not cleaned.
