Cons:

The worst part was not having a place to park 3 nights in a row. Just terrible and unbelievable really. Had to wait for housekeeping to leave to get a parking space. The young women at the front desk were amazing though. Removed parking fees for every night, as they should and gave us vouchers for free brkfst everyday. This was really kind and appreciated. The parking is horrid though and I'll likely not come back because of it.

Cons:

Breakfast should be included. We were moved to the Hampton Inn for one night due to some crisis at the DoubleTree. The Hampton Inn had a beautiful and complete breakfast. The Double Tree costs more. It should have the same.

The pool was great and was comfortable beds

Cons:

The door to our bathroom didn't close. We had to ask for an extra towel as we only had 3 towels even though we had 4 guests.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Sam always makes sure our stay is perfect! He goes above and beyond. Walking into the lobby and being greeted by his smile and friendly personality is something we always look forward to.

Henry was so friendly and helped us out each evening in securing a parking spot with the current parking lot construction.

Thank you to both Sam and Henry!!

Hotel was OK, front desk staff indifferent.
Pros:

Location of hotel was the primary reason for selection.

Cons:

Front desk staff could not find original reservation which was prepaid. The front desk staff person did not seem interested in pursing the issue and instead, demanded payment, at a higher rate than originally paid, at check out. Then, 2 more charges were made to the credit card by the hotel that were not my charges and subsequently removed. To receive a refund of the 2nd payment required extensive documentation to the booking.com because the credit card bill period had not ended and therefore that could not be produced before the "deadline" from booking. Only after a poor review to the hotel was submitted was there any action. I am not so sure I will be using booking.com for future reservations. The hotel invoice showing the credit card payment should have sufficed as documentation. If requiring the credit card statement, then the deadline should be extended for at least 30 days.

Buen hotel para descansar y dormir.
Pros:

El personal ha sido muy amable, aunque solo estuvimos por una sola noche, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos, estuvimos en el restaurante y compartimos un postre, ya que bajamos tarde y estaban a punto de cerrar.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no cerraba bien.

My father wanted to watch the soccer game that had occurred the day prior. He gently told my father the game had happened already. He put the game on for my father to watch.
