De kamer werd heel warm, er hangt een permanente etenslucht (alsof je boven de afzuiging van een restaurant zit) straat erg gehorig, hele nacht amper geslapen. Bed erg smal
Badkamer oud en gedateerd, ontbijt belachelijk karig en voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen van de te hoge prijs.
De gym extreem warm en karig.

The location was really good
The bathrooms were extremely small very very small and not safe the shower didnt work properly and the toilet space was too small you can easily hit your head when standing .rooms are dark not bright lights, and service and breakfast was not good at all, We came for the name of Carlton and it does not meet any expectation of a carlton hotel, it feels like a 3 star than a 4.

Very noisy rooms due to plastic flors rather than carpets, poorly maintained curtains and plumbing, bizarre beds on wheels that move unexpectly!
Hotel historique très bien situé dans Lille. Juste à côté de la grande place. La réception est très belle et resté dans son style.
La décoration des chambres mériterait un rajeunissement. Un peu de modernisme dans un bâtiment historique serait intéressant pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
Beaucoup trop de monde au petit déjeuner. La salle est petite pour le nombre de clients. Le buffet est copieux mais le passage entre les table est étroit.
