Nice location in Lille
Pros:

Excellent location near old town and train stations. Good air conditioning. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds and bedding for me. Shower put a lot of water on the floor. No comfortable armchairs in room. No washcloths in bathroom.

L'emplacement, le bâtiment

Cons:

- le manque d'élégance du personnel de réception. Pas de questionnement, aucune découverte client, niveau de langue trop standard. J'aurais pu faire un self check-in ou parler à une intelligence artificielle, ce qui aurait eu le même effet. Même chose pour le check-out. Aucune volonté d'en savoir plus sur moi ou me fidéliser.
- chambre propre mais tâches sur les murs; est-ce acceptable pour une nuit à ce tarif?
- l'épaisseur des murs: on entend les conversations des clients qui logent dans les chambres d'à-côté
- petit-déjeuner bien achalandé mais manque de service du personnel (encore) qui se contente d'un "bonjour" et d'un "au revoir" impersonnels. Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans le lieu qui sert de bar en soirée, mais pourquoi mettre de la musique rythmée dès le matin ?
