Bel hôtel confortable et accueillant
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour profiter du centre de Lille à pieds, avec le parking à proximité.
Petit-déjeuner complet, vue panoramique très sympa.
Personnel très réactif et agréable.

Cons:

Panne de chauffage et donc plus d'eau chaude (problème réglé dans les 2h) + air conditionnée gérée par la réception (pas autonome à chaque chambre).

Would I stay here again? I suppose so...

Great location. Quiet and good mattresses and bedding. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Little things annoyed me. I arrived in the morning after a long journey and was told I had to wait until 4:00 pm to access my room. At most hotels of this caliber, one has to wait until 2 or 3:00 pm at the latest. Second, the armchairs in the room were quite uncomfortable. What annoyed me was there were much better chairs in the hallways. So I am supposed to go to the hallway if I want to read a book in comfort? Then too, the lighting in the room was quite dim. It made the room feel depressing. Finally, the thermostat was unadjustable by guests. I guess when it comes to climate control, you take what you get. I wax warm all night. Not very user friendly.

Mixed review some really good bits and some disappointment given the reputation of hotel

I loved the breakfast and the view

Cons:

The kettle was broken. The remote for tv was broken and most importantly the safe could not be used as it was locked shut when we arrived. We report med it to reception where the young girl said “I cannot help you”! — words a receptionist should never say.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, cercano a todo el casco histórico y a las estaciones de tren.
Desayuno variado y de buena calidad
Personal de recepción atento y dando soluciones y recomendaciones
Habitación grande con un gran ventanal hacia la Plaza de teatro

Cons:

Algo de ruido en la habitación provocado por el mal cierre del grifo de la ducha del baño.
Suelo de madera ruidoso, que se esconde en los pasillos con las alfombras.
