Bel hôtel en plein centre de Lille. Personnel accueillant, chambre confortable, excellent petit-déjeuner avec vue sur l'opera... On reviendra avec plaisir!

Notre toilette n'était pas vissee au sol. Je ne sais pas si nous devons en rire ou pleurer. SDB assez vétuste. C'est le cas de le dire.
Accueil au lounge déplorable ! Remballé de manière très désagréable parce que plus de place. Ce fut signalé à la réception.

They forgot to put the stuff for my dog!
Such as dog bed, bowl and blanket. It costs €20 for nothing.
There is no changing room in the sauna/gym.
L’emplacement est idéal ainsi que la vue sur l’opéra depuis les chambres privilèges. En outre l’espace fitness ainsi que le sauna est tout à fait agréable. Le room service est très efficace et serviable.
Le restaurant The View situé à l’entresol donc très étriqué et bas de plafond. Le service manque de rigueur.

Hotel is old and you can feel it when you walk on the floor when you get out of the elevator and beds are not comfortable pillows also not comfortable and it’s too bad because we booked a privilege room and it should be more comfortable , so doesn’t worth the money , the real Carlton skipped this one

Bel établissement, chambres confortables en plein centre ville et bien insonorisées. Décoration élégante, avec un parfum très agréable, et propreté impeccable. Bar à cocktails très sympa le soir, que ce soit la vue, les cocktails et le personnel.
Personnel du petit-déjeuner très désagréable, ne sourit pas, prend juste le nom des clients pour justifier sa présence, ne remplit pas le buffet, et dénote complètement par rapport au standing de l'établissement.
