Ein Haus mit Flair - Das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal, der Service, die hervorragende Lage, der fest reservierbare, sichere Garagenstellplatz nahe beim Hotel.
Die Zimmergröße war nicht befriedigend, die Größe des Badezimmers absolut ungenügend, der Stauraum für Gepäck nicht ausreichend - kurzum: alles ansprechend, aber viel zu klein.

Big room, superb breakfast, 4th floor privilege room had fantastic views of the square and the opera house which were lit in red white and blue.
Excellent location easy walk to train station.

kein Parkplatz, trotz Reservierung
Ich musste auf öffentliches Parkhaus ausweisen und 15 Minuten laufen. Bei 32 Grad nicht gerade ein Vergnügen
The hotel is in a great location in the center of town, right on the main square and across from the opera, the theatres and most of the main downtown attractions. The rooms were of a generous size with all the comforts one would expect in this category. There is lovely bar on the mezzanine (called The View) that offers a nice view over the main square. Breakfast spread was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Booked the hotel parking as well and that is just a two minute walk from the hotel.
Not much to dislike with this hotel. There were some refurbishments going on in parts of the building and the smell of the fresh paint was very present during our stay. Overall decor of the common areas feels a bit dark.

la climatisation ne marchait pas les premiers jours, petit déjeuner bien mais choix à améliorer, les produits de courtoisie de la salle de bain jamais renouvelés, idem pour les capsules de café et l'eau offerte, pas d'ordinateur à disposition au lobby pour effectuer l'enregistrement (avion...)
Dans l'ensemble assez bien mais beaucoup d'insuffisances, 4 étoiles limite (mérités pour l'emplacement) mais les services offerts sont à mettre à niveau
