The staff was rude and I never got my room so we couldn’t go to sleep he told us to shut up I just want my refund

Don't stay there.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing about this place.

Cons:

Was asked to pay additional money for a room because the room I booked on booking.com the were out of. Roaches in the bathroom sink. Just nasty. Lights didn't work on the room.

Pros:

I have somewhere to lay my head

Cons:

Roaches, dirtiness, I had to switch rooms twice because the first room I had literally looked like someone was still sleeping in there; there was trash everywhere, bed was messy. The second room the fridge was not working, it stinks so bad, no microwave. The final room the comforter has cigarette burns on it, carpet stains, stains all over the fridge. Just dirty; for breakfast the juice and coffee machine doesn’t work, just toast or cereal.

A facade online. This place needs to be condemned. Also impossible to get a refund through booking.com and through Dayspring. I will be reporting this place. Very hazardous to ones health and fraudulent advertising.

I got a room from another hotel, never stayed.
Pros:

I’ve sent in request for refund. We didn’t stay and had to go get another hotel for the night.

Cons:

It was dirty, smelled like mold. Sheets and blankets were dirty. I’ve been trying to get a refund because it was totally unacceptable.

Cons:

This hotel was so dirty, unsafe, not clean that I didnt even stay! I walked in and walked back out. I asked for a refund and no response. The microwave couldn't be used, dirty blankets, no pillows, floor wasn't swept, bathroom absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend!

I didn’t when I got there the night clerk had two police officers outside dealing with another guest…then I later got the police called on me..

Cons:

The night clerk had a nasty attitude and threatened then later on called the police on me..mind you all I wanted to do was lay my kid and I down for the night..

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay when my money was funny they waited a few hours until I came up with the cash to pay most places wouldn't do that 😕

The overall price is not bad and the bus came to pick my kids up for school:)
