Pros:

They canceled my reservation without prior notice. The reason was that the rate was too low; I paid what was advertised on Expedia. i was left stranded

Pros:

The property is beautiful, but I think it should be banned from Expedia. Once I got to the hotel in Nigeria, I was told that I had to pay the hotel directly even though I booked the hotel through Expedia. I was able to contact Expedia to get my money back, and I paid the hotel using the money that was returned to me by Expedia. In addition to the craziness that I already experienced, someone at hotel went through my suitcase and took something that belonged to me. After I told them that I was going to call the police, the item that was stolen from me reappeared the next day. I felt violated by the people that work at this hotel, and I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Atelier. The room is way more beautiful than the pictures here. Very cozy and beautiful space. I had spent some part of my vacation at Fraser just before coming to Atelier and I must say that Atelier is hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in Abuja. I hope they keep up with the standard!

Pros:

I loved the art and ambience of the place. I didn't like the behavior of the security personnel and I also didn't like that there was an event there almost all through the night - couldn't sleep till about 3am.

Pros:

This is a beautiful property with an art gallery on site. The room is spacious, comfortable, well appointed and modern. The food at the restaurant is quite good and pretty good value for money. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.
My only issues are little things; no complimentary water in the room as advertised, blown light bulbs and a closet door that could not be opened. Also food service is rather slow. Despite that I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family
