Pros:

Lovely hotel and clean. The staff was fantastic and the shuttle drivers, particularly Pete, were courteous and the shuttle service makes the stay in Santa Fe so easy! Thank you!

Cons:

The food selection was limited and the spa offerings were too expensive and only until 6 pm.

Staff , location and architecture is excellent.
Pros:

. Everyone from the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I did not like the pillows. Overstuffed and poor quality.

The food quality and presentation I used only at the breakfast was overpriced and average at best .

Please stop using bots. I got several reminder, before , during and after stay . It is unnecessary and annoying .

Great getaway
Pros:

Great location and nice rooms with comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was great for dinner with fantastic food and service. We ate there every night so tried several items on the menu and loved them all Would stay here again.

Hotel & grounds are lovely, staff is rude & incompetent
Pros:

The bad first - booked 2 rooms several weeks ahead of time and asked for adjoining rooms and paid for early check in and chocolate strawberries. Arrived at hotel and room was NOT ready, NO strawberries anytime that day (had to ask AGAIN on the second day). When one room finally WAS ready (30 minutes late, no offer of refund or apology) they didn't text us as promised. Also we were promised adjoining rooms when rooms were ready, but we did NOT get adjoining rooms and was told by second person they didn't have any for us (despite being told differently an hour before). On third day did not receive housekeeping services while we were out for several hours and was blamed by SAME incompetent second front desk clerk that we had "no service" sign out, which we absolutely did NOT because I knew I wanted our rooms taken care of that day while we were out (since we hadn't the day before by our choice). NO apologies at any point for ANY of these hassles.

The good - the hotel and grounds and rooms are lovely. The restaurant service was great, the food was good. The free shuttle service around Santa Fe was fantastic.

All that being said, I would most likely NOT stay here again due to rudeness and incompetence and indifference of front desk staff (3 that we dealt with). My husband comes to Santa Fe twice a year for business and they put him up in this hotel, but if I ever join him again we'll just pay ourselves for a different hotel.

The Hacienda at Santa Fe was a warm, inviting place in the perfect location.
Pros:

The location was ideal for for walking to the sights we wanted to see. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Having a fire going was a nice.

Cons:

I like having a fan in the bathroom. Our room did not have one.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities
Pros:

Our 2 night stay anchored Santa Fe was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good climate control system. We ate dinner and buffet breakfast, both of which were really good in a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was spotless and within easy walking distance of the main Plaza and shopping.
