Wonderful staff, breakfast and location.
It caught on fire was not notified till day was suppose to arrive
see above
Amazing place to stay! We had a fire occur during oir stay and had to be evacuated, but the staff totally stepped up. Big shout out to the night security guard who ran around banging on doors to tell us the alarm wasnt a drill.
Besides the fire? Would normally be a 10.
We arrived late and opted to eat at Amaya instead of going into town. Our meals were delicious and beautifully plated.
Unfortunately, there was an electrical fire at 5 am
We were evacuated and placed temporarily in another building on the property where coffee and fruit were served. We were allowed back in our rooms to pack and relocated to another beautiful hotel. The staff were helpful and kind.
Location and the hotel is beautiful
Nothing I love the place
Santa Fe is at a high altitude. People need water. But no bottled water in the room, and none in the soda machine. And while there's a microwave oven in the room (for what purpose is not clear as there is no cutlery), there is no coffee. Coffee begins at 7am (9am ET). Also, no indication at the elevator where the emergency stairs are. tl;dr: disappointing.
Very clean. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good location and the restaurant and live music were a nice touch
They were undergoing construction in the main lobby area, which was ugly and noisy, and we were not informed prior to our reservation. We were told the construction would not be active during the weekend and it was - well into the evening!
Beautiful property pet friendly out dog loved it.
We were told there was a dog park on dot and we could not find it and staff would not direct us to it.
Location and architectural design. Restaurant was very good.
Under construction not a pleasant entry experience. Staff not well trained at desk.
Beautiful setting. Well appointed. Great location. Accommodating staff. Authentic SW vibe. Morning coffee on floor near elevators!
Renovation in lobby area.
Property location is in close walking distance to the Plaza and the attractions near there as well as close to the Railyard.
The staff were all excellent and very friendly
The bathroom was very small
There was construction going on and this was inconvenient. In my mind unsafe.
One of the exits on the first floor was blocked.
We were awakened one night with someone entering our room. We had locked our door with all the locks. We found out it was someone on staff. They did not knock or call out when they unlocked our door with their passkey. This was very disturbing. The manager on duty that night corrected the situation after we contacted the front desk.
Hotel Santa Fe is a beautiful hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that will drive you anyplace in Santa Fe that you might want to go. It’s all very walkable as well if that is preferred. The restaurant is quite good and the continental breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. We also enjoyed the pool. Lovely stay.
Everything. Great place to stay, quiet, staff very helpful, room nice, and restaurant had great food. Also near everything.
Nothing!!!
The close proximity to all the things you can do in Santa Fe.
Bathroom tub is kind of high to climb in to shower
Nice location, nice rooms, excellent restaurant and staff. A little expensive for an extremely small room, but that is to be expected in Santa Fe. I really like the shuttle that runs within a mile distance.
The main architectural feature of the hotel, the lobby fireplace, was under renovation and covered with plastic sheeting.
