The location was ideal for for walking to the sights we wanted to see. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Having a fire going was a nice.
I like having a fan in the bathroom. Our room did not have one.
Did not eat breakfast
Shuttle was nice
Hotel was run down. Gym building was undergoing renovation. Some of the equipment did not work. TVs did not work. No coffee pot in room.
Continental breakfast was great.
Hotel is beautiful, great location
Though I would go liked for our room to have had a coffee maker and a Microwave oven.
Resort was great and will return but the room was noisy due to mechanical noises (refrigeration condensers?) coming from the Hacienda lounge directly above the room. Made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Will return to the resort but will most definitely avoid the Sleeping Deer Suite.
The room was pleasant, very clean, and comfortable! Room service was excellent.
Cannot think of anything
location. Atmoshpere
I accidently left my dog bed in the room. When I went back 10 days later, I was told "they never found a dog bed". It was 3feet by 4 feet. You couldn't miss it!
Very well clean and staff was very friendly.
We weren’t able to watch the basic channels on the TV
Location and restaurant
Our room was ice cold took a couple of hours to warm up it was very cold. If you rent a room you should have it warm and comfortable for your customers
The shuttle was very nice and convenient for getting to and from the plaza. The room was cozy and pleasant as well.
The location and property were excellent
The shuttle was a true bonus! We used it for almost everywhere we went and this saved us from having to look for parking spaces and dealing with traffic and getting lost.
The bathroom was small and the toilet paper was thin and positioned in a hard to reach place.
Staff was friendly and location was just a short walk to the Plaza downtown.
I found a broken piece of glass on the floor in our room. Price was a little high. I assume the demand was high because of the Balloon Festival and Indigenous People's Day/Weekend.
