Pros:

The pool was great, pillows and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice .

Very plain rooms , not worth the money!
Pros:

The location was great and the pool and hot tubs were very nice!

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly upon check in! The employee must have been new because she had to ask another employee about something! Room was dirty! Not what I expected for a deluxe king! Very plain. Room didn’t have a desk chair. Like the picture shows in there web site! Asked if they can bring me one. No response! Would not stay there again!

La struttura di per sé è molto bella e caratteristica. Anche la piscina merita ed è molto particolare.

Il costo della stanza è stato davvero eccessivo rispetto a quello che abbiamo trovato. Il bagno era sporco e la vasca-doccia molto vecchia e rovinata, cosa che non ci si aspetterebbe da un albergo a quattro stelle. Sicuramente nell’albergo esistono camere molto più eleganti (e ancora più costose), ma questo non significa che le camere standard (pagate comunque molto di più di un normale quattro stelle) debbano essere date in condizioni non ottimali.

Excellente localisation ! On peut marcher vers les restos et centres historiques. Amabilité du personnel et confort. Bel hôtel et piscine agréable.

Great location, friendly staff but a bit dated.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was spacious and we did have a small refrigerator, a coffee maker and a safe. Service was prompt and courteous. The location was great and we could walk to any of the shops and restaurants. The plaza was a 10 minute walk.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had ants in our room. The staff took care of it by moving us to another room. We did feel the decor was a bit dated and while the lobby and entrance were beautiful, the rooms needed a refresh. (We had a hole in a top sheet, very visible and were suprised staff didn't see it??) For the price and "resort fee" we were a bit disappointed in the cleanilness and overall feel of the room. The pool area was small and had a strange configuration. No pool lights at night (scary and a bit dangerous we thought) and the hot tub jets did not work the first night and was not heated the second night. Again , all of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself seemed to need attention.

Wonderful spa experience.
Pros:

Brenda at the spa was amazing. I had one of the best massages I have ever had. I felt very relaxed and pampered.

The hotel lobby looks high end, pool area was small but nice. Rooms could use a little update.
Pros:

Closeness to points of interest including the rail runner.

Cons:

Hotel had no shuttle. We planned to visit close casinos...paid for private driver. Lyft drivers were not accepting our requests for rides.

Nice hotel, great location.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Hotel was beautiful.

Cons:

The pool was much smaller than the picture indicated. It was very full and there were no towels. People seemed to be reserving chairs with towels. I alerted staff but they did not replenish the towels in the time we stayed at the pool. Also, I prefer hotels with two queens instead of two full beds.

Enjoyable stay close to everything
Pros:

The location, atmosphere, rooms and food in the hotel are very good. I came here for a conference. The location is great and is walkable to everywhere in downtown. Really good pool and hot tub area. Our room opened to the pool area bar which was nice.
Only underwhelming issue was the lack of knowledge of the front desk staff about the local activities, restaurants, trolly route,
Etc. They seemed to really not have a clue. Expected more from the concierge service.

Luxury experience
Pros:

It was incredible. Luxurious for sure and the pool was a great experience with jets in the hot tub and a rooftop view of the town. We enjoyed the amenities like the fitness center and the room was clean and housekeeping kept it so. All the staff was nice and helpful. Valet and front desk staff were professional. You can’t get better with the location too, right on the plaza so everything walking distance
