Great hotel and location
Pros:

We stayed with family in two King rooms. Everything was lovely, great guest service at the front desk from Jef. It was Monday so it was pretty slow and not everything was open around the plaza but we still had a great time. Loved the hot tub and the fireplace service in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Business, solo stay, and R&R at the spa
Pros:

First, we hosted a large event for work there - a conference of over 250 people, and the hotel staff were amazing to work with. They very kind and considerate and helped us with we needed before and during the conferences. Brian is amazing!

Second, i stayed a few extra nights for some well needed R&R and it was great! I got a massage at the spa, and Amy was the MT and helped work out the knots and tension. The pools were very nice and perfect temp for relaxing and unwinding. I can emphasize enough how friendly and helpful the staff were overall. I feel very relaxed! I will define returning to getaway later in the future.

Nice stay helpful people very comfortable.
Pros:

My wife and I had a wonderful time once again at the hotel in Santa Fe. From the valet to the people helping with luggage to the front counter, everybody was helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The person who started the fire in our room and the folk who brought us the other things that we asked for during our stay. The help at the bar during happy hour even though a few items were out they made adjustments, and that was very well appreciated.

Great get away
Pros:

Heated pool and 2 hot tubs

Cons:

Suite 419; the shower did not drain quickly, the shower pan would fill up and run out on the bathroom floor before you could finish washing your hair. And the door into the room would not close completely (lock into place) unless you lifted up on the door handle.
