Excellent!
Pros:

The whole experience from arrival to departure at Eldorado was fantastic. I was here for a conference and the accommodations were great. The staff was kind and helpful. I scheduled a massage at Nidah Spa and my provider Karin was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying at Eldorado Hotel and Spa anytime life brings you to Santa Fe!

Didn’t get to stay you canceled my reservation with out notifying me

Just don’t. So many better options.
Pros:

This hotel is tired. All the public area furniture is dirty and the rooms have been updated with fake black wood floors (Like Marriott does) that are hard and hid the dirt that is obviously there. Bartender in the lounge acted like he’d rather be at any other place in the world than serving pricey drinks. Skip this place (we were in a suite).

The front desk staff were rude
Cons:

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Our room was still not ready at 5 p.m., which is unacceptable. There was loud noise and music by the pool all night, making it impossible to rest. On top of that, we found unexpected charges on the final bill for services we had not agreed to.

A quick 1 night get away for our anniversary. Couldn't have asked for better.
Pros:

The location is awesome. 1 block away from the main district with plenty of shops and local bars everywhere. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Walked across the street and had breakfast and a small coffee roasting place.

Cons:

Everything was great, no complaints.
