The front desk staff were rude
Cons:

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Our room was still not ready at 5 p.m., which is unacceptable. There was loud noise and music by the pool all night, making it impossible to rest. On top of that, we found unexpected charges on the final bill for services we had not agreed to.

A quick 1 night get away for our anniversary. Couldn't have asked for better.
Pros:

The location is awesome. 1 block away from the main district with plenty of shops and local bars everywhere. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Walked across the street and had breakfast and a small coffee roasting place.

Cons:

Everything was great, no complaints.

Staff was mediocre for the type of hotel they purport to be, valet only property and their call or text to get your car never worked even w/ 10-15 minutes notice and we felt sorry for the valet attendants who said this is their norm.

Stay here was beautiful and definitely one of the best hotels in the area.
Pros:

All around perfect location, had a beautiful pool and rooftop. Huge bar, snacks in lobby were very convenient.
