Great location, less than best in class hotel

Staff was mediocre for the type of hotel they purport to be, valet only property and their call or text to get your car never worked even w/ 10-15 minutes notice and we felt sorry for the valet attendants who said this is their norm.

Stay here was beautiful and definitely one of the best hotels in the area.
Pros:

All around perfect location, had a beautiful pool and rooftop. Huge bar, snacks in lobby were very convenient.

Cons:

I enjoyed everything about this property.

A. MAZE. ING. There aren't words to describe how incredible my experience was, and Heather was incredible with communication on top of incredible talent as a massage therapist. When she got to my scalp, thinking wasn't possible; just mental blips of happy. ❤️

Great Location, Lovely Spa, Wonderful Staff
Pros:

My friend and I had a girls weekend at the Eldorado Hotel and Spa. It was the perfect location to be able to walk to great restaurants, shops and art galleries.

The staff was lovely, and our spa treatments were particularly good. Sheri gave us Facials. She was knowledgeable and gave great advice about skin care options. My skin glowed when she was done.

David gave us massages and when I told him my neck was a particular pain point. He explained how I can work on helping with my pain at home. I felt so much better when he was done.

We would definitely go back.

amazing !
Pros:

i had a facial with janet and she was lovely , gentle , welcoming , soothing voice , and left my skin feeling wonderful. the atmosphere is calm and serene and the staff so friendly . worth every penny .

Great hotel and location
Pros:

We stayed with family in two King rooms. Everything was lovely, great guest service at the front desk from Jef. It was Monday so it was pretty slow and not everything was open around the plaza but we still had a great time. Loved the hot tub and the fireplace service in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Business, solo stay, and R&R at the spa
Pros:

First, we hosted a large event for work there - a conference of over 250 people, and the hotel staff were amazing to work with. They very kind and considerate and helped us with we needed before and during the conferences. Brian is amazing!

Second, i stayed a few extra nights for some well needed R&R and it was great! I got a massage at the spa, and Amy was the MT and helped work out the knots and tension. The pools were very nice and perfect temp for relaxing and unwinding. I can emphasize enough how friendly and helpful the staff were overall. I feel very relaxed! I will define returning to getaway later in the future.
