This was a dirty and filty place ac bugs old facilities we get sick bc the ac was rusted and filty and even better they charge 10 per day as a resort fee insane pool with green water well I know they don’t care about this in corporate but don’t use this place at all

Pros:

Got a really good price, was offering a promotion. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Stayed 3 nights no maid service. Was quiet except my last day. Breakfast was a gastropodic sugar carb nightmare, pool seemed sketchy and saw no one partake. Internet connection kept raising red flags on my device. So the price for the room was a great deal but the resort fee was not. Front desk was welcomely and friendly. Probably would not go back or recommend.

Good For Me but Your Experience May Vary.

Based on other reviews and the condition of the building, I can believe that we were lucky with the room we stayed in. The room was clean and the housekeeping did a great job. The sheets were clean and we had no bug problems. It’s located in a great place and the wifi was shockingly good (better than Universal hotels honestly) and the cost is near unbeatable for what you get.
Now as for the bad things:
The tv was grainy and such low quality that you’re better off watching anything on a laptop or phone instead.
The water has a slight sulfuric smell.
The rooms have little to no sound proofing so you can expect to hear neighbors and for them to hear you clearly.
The breakfast included is laughable as it’s just a waffle machine with some cheap batter and some muffins and plain white bread. It would be better to stop offering breakfast and knocking the price down a buck or two.

Overall, I would believe other reviews, good or bad as it seems like your stay will mostly depend on which room you get. They seem to be doing some rolling improvements and I can see there’s effort in making this place better. I hope it improves quickly as there is plenty of potential.

The place looks dirty on the outside and not what the pictures showed ! It looks run down and smelled smoky. Then there was a deposit fee, so I didn’t stay there, I never checked in and I canceled the reservation because of how the hotel looked on arrival , it also looked unsafe

The ac units were leaking into the hallways and walkways, but the walkways are outside on concrete and the unit worked perfectly to keep the room cool. Staff were friendly, efficient, and nice. We had some issues getting through the door, it would unlatch but not open. Overall very happy with the stay for the price it was. No bugs or pests.
