Pros:

We loved our bedroom. The beds are always soft, clean and comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff was really nice and polite. We really appreciated that. Overall we do love staying at the South Bank hotel.

Cons:

The property was under renovation and I think we should have got a discount because of that. The bathroom downstairs in the lobby wasn't working. I had to walk at least three hallways over to a room to use a bathroom. that a gentleman was sitting in the room for that talking on the phone while I was using the restroom. I was very uncomfortable. So at our time of stay the property did not meet our expectation because of all the construction that was going on.

Great location, but the hotel is currently undergoing renovations.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The room was nice. And the hotel is generally very nice. The only problem is that it is currently undergoing renovations. When the renovations are complete, it will be a very nice hotel.

Convenient the Vystar arena we were attending for a concert.

Cons:

I wasn't aware that parking wasn't including in my reservation until I checked-in. That was the first time I've ever heard of having to pay a separate charge for parking somewhere you have a booking at. The bottom of the shower wasn't cleaned well and there was a good bit of remodeling being done in the main lobby that was all walled off. I was expecting to see what had been shown in the pictures.

In my room: no hairdryer, no microwave and no mirror except over the sink in the bathroom. Also my room smelled musty.

Cons:

Was expecting it to be on the river You have to cross the street. It was under construction restaurant was limited. Beds were hard as a rock. Would not stay there again.
