Staff was amazing, food was good

Cons:

Only shear curtains closed therefore anyone could see in the room at night (not safe for single female), not enough lights in the room, bathroom not clean saw mold

It was fine. One of the better options in Jacksonville.
Pros:

It was very welcoming. The room was clean and ready for my stay.

Cons:

The staff was rude, everything felt like it was a bother when a question was asked. The bar closes at a certain hour, but the bar area was loud until after hours. It wasnt very considerate.

Cons:

No nos limpiaron las habitaciones en los 4 días que estuvimos y todo el lobby estaba en construcción y estaba apenas separada la obra con un tabique y no nos reconocieron nada , el personal de recepción muy poco amable y considerado para atender nuestra petición
