After 5 day of check-out the hotel has only reimbursed $50usd out of the $100 that they took as a deposit !!!!! Communication with them is impossible. I need my money back!!!!!!
Apart from that , the check-in day the lady at front desk was everything but gentle , her attitude was horrible as she were mad for having to work during the 1st day of the year.Even if we booked a room 3 , she only gave us a ticket for 2 complementary breakfasts stating that we were not entitled for more than that, I show her that my reservations was indicating 3 breakfast and she still denied us the ticket; next day I went to the front desk again where a nice and gentle men offer me excuses and confirmed that yes, we were entitled for 3 beakfast and gave me the other ticket.
In addition to this , during the night the people next to our room were talking and listening to the music at all volume, we had to call to reception several times before they came to ask the guests to shutdown the TV and low their voice.
Good location to get to downtown
The dark gloomy interior, colors of the lobby furniture were very different from the photos they had on their website.
Hotel in middle of revamp needs many many upgrades for amount of money paid for a room even charged for parking will never use that hotel again it's a 1 star hotel

Want given the room I reserved. I reserved a room with a balcony with river view. When I told the front desk, they have no empathy, Only telling me they don't guarantee balconies for anyone. Then why offer them?

We did not stay at all because it smelled horrible and we had to leave. I would like a refund because we could not stay
