A day for me
Pros:

The facility was great location was good considering they were going through renovations the scenery wasn't too pretty and a bit noisy but I did get my lil alone time

The renovation wasn't 'too pretty and other guests was a bit noisy outside my door but other than that it was pleasant..

Pros:

Location is great, just across from the riverwalk

Cons:

There are major renovations happening, construction everywhere and there is no where advising people of that BEFORE booking. Had I known there would be such renovations blocking areas of the hotel, I would have not stayed there. The room did not even have an iron.

Great location on River & close to downtown

Cons:

Parking was extra over room cost & was a bit confusing to find - Desk clerk should have shown us map &/or explain better location of Parking areas & best emtrance for our room..

The property was going through renovations and I didn’t know. If I did I would have booked somewhere else

Cons:

Mess. Also talked to the housekeeper about rags and cleaning my room. Well they left rags but did not clean the room at all. Not even tried to make up the bed at all

The room and beds made our stay ok

Cons:

No one told us that there was major renovations in the hotel, dust and noise were a big part of the stay. The staff were not att all service focused and seemed to be only interested in getting tips. The breakfast was very poor and the staff were not att all service focused. Also I have never experienced that a normal filtered coffee costs extra for an all inclusive breakfast.

Don't stay here until renovations complete.
Pros:

Nothing really.

Cons:

This hotel is under major major major renovations. It was an active work site. Foyer was destroyed, wallpaper coming off walls it was horrible.

Excellent stay for my hubby who was attending a funeral nearby and wanted to ride his electric bike during down time
Pros:

Hubby loved being on the river and advised the staff made everything convenient

Cons:

We didn't like that breakfast was not included in the price and we weren't given the option to add it during the booking process

Cons:

From the beginning, by booking.com, it was a false advertisement on the website.
I did not get the floor or room I requested. I was told breakfast was included, but that was another lie. I was told parking was included, another lie. I was charged for parking. The hotel said they were not responsible because I used a 3rd party. I am done with that hotel and booking.com.

Das komplette Hotel ist eine Baustelle. Das Foto von der Hotelhalle und dem Pool entspricht nicht der Realität . Die Hotelhalle existiert quasi nicht , da ist ein Hohlkörper, Dreck und Lärm
