The rooms are showing a lot of wear and tear conditions and could definitely use some TLC. I will not stay at this location again until a MUCH NEEDED FACELIFT in the Rooms. Bed was lumpy and my back hurt, mattress needs to be replaced. When flushing the toilet it made a loud noise and gurgled most of the time.
The customer service was excellent; Mario (Front Office Manager) provided a warm welcome, and at breakfast, Ms. Rosa was very kind and attentive, addressing guests' needs at all times with a lovely smile... 💯👌
The room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

We enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff was friendly.
We booked a king room. They gave us a queen instead. Asked to be moved but said no king was available. They did offer a room with two double beds that we declined.
There was a roach crawling on the wall in our room.
We asked for an extra pillow, the staff said they didn't have any extra available.
