The water was hot the manager changed our rooms and checked the water it stayed hot for a sec and went back cold customer service was perfect it was just the condition of the room for the price didn’t add up

Very nice hotel. (I dont understand the negative reviews) Stayed in King jr suite on 5th floor (522). Bed comfy. Huge bathroom. Good water pressure. Quiet. Nice staff. Heat/air unit is loud when it comes on...scared me the first time!🤣
Breakfast ok. I love oatmeal and it wasn't ready at first, but they have a lot for toppings...I love brown sugar and walnuts. Husband said chicken sausage was not good. All in all...nice one night stay. Would stay here again, no question about that. Booked at last minute. Great choice!

The breakfast was not good. The coffee area was not clean, no oatmeal, one waffle press for an 8 story hotel. Just not a good breakfast.

I drove up for my daughter’s baby shower. Thankfully she found me a room at the Marriot.
Cons:

There was a bug infestation in the first room I was given. I requested another room… same problem. They are remodeling and know this is an issue. The problem was I had already paid, or they would’ve issued me a refund. I couldn’t stay there and had to go to another hotel.
