Went to check in and was told having issues with Expedia reservations and that he could not give us a room. But before we left, he told us to come back in a couple of hours, and he could give us a room for double the price that we had originally paid.
Was told they had a glitch in the computer system which was a big work for “you don’t have a room” drove 4 hours and it was the only place left. Said they’d call if one opened up and it’s been 3 weeks now and o still haven’t got a call. Stay for away from here.
About what you'd expect for $89.
Shady location just off the interstate. Cleaning staff looked like they just came from the halfway house. The hallways has a very strong marijuana odor, the rooms smelled mildewy and there was very strong odor that I can only describe as sewer gas. It was clean enough although not meticulously clean. The AC wouldn't cool at the moved me to a different room without much fuss, so the staff were friendly accommodating. It was okay for one night but I wouldn't bring my family here.
The manager told me Expedia did not give info on my stay but he knew my name. So he Expedia prices room but tried to get me home directly more than twice than Expedia booking I did 2 weeks in advance. Told what I thought about him and left had to go 4 others before I got a room.
Thank you Expedia for the fast turn around in my refund.

I had a terrible experience
Upon arrival to check in I was informed there were no rooms and all Expedia reservations were not received by the hotel. Attempts to contact Expedia were unsuccessful as the app was not working! Very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!!
There were roaches in the bathroom. No phone in the room and no remote for the television. The Expedia website was down at the property, so there was no knowledge of my reservation there which means I had to book a different room when I got there at a higher price.
This is NOT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY!!! This place is Regency. If you book this place under the Wyndham name you will not have a reservation. Took 2 hours to check in got a great room. Left for dinner when we came back to our room someone else was in there. They found us another room but it wasn't as good as the first one. Smelled bad,and wasn't clean. We'd had already paid, luckily we hadn't left any of stuff in there. The owner is great but the help is horrible.
It lied on the hotel page. There was no breakfast, no pool, and there were roaches.
The room itself was mostly alright. Looked like it had been painted recently. No cups or coffee maker in the room. The door had the hinges replaced with gate hinges and painted over. The hallway smelled like weed and musty carpet. On the first floor the outside lights were so bright that even with the curtains drawn it was so bright in the room I had a hard time sleeping. It was difficult to find as they had put a new sign up saying Regency, not Baymont. I passed it looking for a Baymont sign. The whole place had a feeling like the owners were trying to make it better, but not necessarily being successful at it. I wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton, but the smell in the hallway make the entire experience less than enjoyavle.
We stopped there late and were rudely told there were no rooms available, however out in the car we were able to easily reserve one online. There was only 1 pillow for a king bed and the room was extremely sparse. There were no washcloths and no towels, just a couple of handtowels. We spent the night without complaining but got out early the next morning and will never go back!
We would not stay here again. Definitely a no frills motel.
The hallway had nats and it was hot the room was barely clean and than had no remote in the room.

The only slight negative where I take away some points is the fact my room didn’t have a functioning closet. An inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Even the staff was shocked at the price I got from Expedia. 9/10 I would stay again.
